Burger king in North Hertfordshire

One of the worst burger kings I've had in quite a while. I ordered the cheesy double bacon lover meal and that didn't seem to have any of the cheese sauce in, and a bacon double cheeseburger meal that had no bacon in it!The wait time was poor, and further more I believe I got charged for more than the order should have been. I asked for a receipt and never got one and there was never a screen to confirm.However was charged £18 when online the price seems to come out at £16 so I believe I was charged for large meals without ordering or receiving a large meal.

Nice restaurant inside but outside whilst your eating you are watching..rats! Yes,outside there were many rats running around ( let me stress,there were none inside,only outside).This was not at night but during the afternoon.

Took them about 20 minutes to take my order, food was mediocre, as expected. Loved the interactive rat experience, worst rat infestation I’ve ever seen. Counted over 100 in the time it took me to eat a burger, wish this was a joke

The staff prepared my meal efficiently and the app worked well enough for collection. This is however let down by being another burger king in need of mordernisation. Brown decor, a miserable broken toilet and no dessert options.

Very expensive when compared to McDonald's ( nearly £8 for burger chips and drink compared to under £6 for McDonald's equivalent) and you are paying extra 30p for BBQ sauce which is free at Mcdonalds. Use to prefer Burger King but not that much. Not suprising nearly empty on a Saturday.

My local, been twice, won’t go again.1 hour and a half waiting nearly, ridiculous. Gave the benefit of the doubt after the first time but whilst chatting to other customers it’s obviously like that all the time.Feel sorry for the staff as it’s very clear there is not enough of them to cope with all the delivery drivers, drive through, and walk ins. This leads to frustration among customers that gets taken out on staff trying there best.Management is either incompetent or completely ignorant to it and doesn’t care.Not worth the wait for a soggy burger.

Went last night and there were about 4 rats at least, running around my car whilst waiting to order. When the lady asked me for my order I said what had happened and that I no longer wished to order because of what I'd seen. When I asked her if she was aware she said yes and management knew but that they'd done nothing about it. Awful.

Food was OK very busy. We ordered and then you have to wait for your order. Communication was poor from the young girl who was calling out the ordered food and we got someone's else's order as they had ours. Won't be visiting soon.

Got fed up with the traffic jam at McDonald's so gave BK a go... Well worth it! Easy to get served and fast service. Burgers were great, as usual, with the flame-grilled cooking. Very tasty and a nice treat for lunch.
