Caffe Nero - Hitchin in North Hertfordshire

Always - without exception - the slowest servers in hitchin. If it wasn’t for the fact it’s easy to park - such a shame and so easily fixed.

Had a wonderful” mystery” hot chocolate here today. The barista was so good, really helpful and friendly. Would definitely visit again. This is how customer service should be!

Great service, friendly and helpful staff excellent choice of drinks and food.

Looked a bit shabby from outside when compared to other coffee shops in Hitchin but staff great, drinks good size and reasonable prices. Better selection of cake needed and description did not match the display, which could be an issue if you have an allergy so make sure you double check. Apart from that, it's ok.

Coffee was nice and pastries were fresh. Service times were atrocious. If you are in a hurry don't go here.

Friendly staff, plenty of comfortable seats for kids. Lots of small couches, very cosy feel.

Had a got chocolate here the other day..have to say the staff were some of the most friendly staff I've ever had in a chain coffee shop! Very chatty and friendly and exactly what is needed. They need a raise! Top customer service!

Great location. Beautiful town.This Cafe is very tatty, in need of a serious deep clean and complete re decoration. The toilets are filthy and again in need of redecoration / refurb.Staff serving drinks in-house in takeaway cups because they have not got round to washing up . Their words not mine .In a town with many many coffee places Cafe Nero need to raise their game.Place needs more staff with ability to clear tables, wash up and clean the place …

Achingly slow service, only one member of staff behind the counter. Coffee was decent, food was better than expected, just don't go there if you're in a rush!

Had a white chocolate Mocca - perfectly made. Chocolate cake - tasted stunning. Really nice and relaxing ambience about the place and the guy who made up my coffee was a gent - top café Nero!
