By far the best sandwiches in the world! And you are so spoilt for choice. Lots of options if you are gluten free, vegan, or vegetarian too! Staff are always very friendly and welcoming.

Why have the same old formulaic lunch from one of those well known chains when you can have hitchins favourite, a chill b's instead? My favourite is the Lord of the Bling ciabbata but there are loads of other great options.

Had the Vegan Las Vegas wrap and the Raging Bull in ciabatta. Came out pretty quick and was very nice!Only cons are that we found some staff were a bit blunt/sarcastic when you don't automatically know how the menu/their system works. Also staff offered olives which I thought was was replacement because I asked for no avocado. Only to find we were charged £1.50 for a few olives.

Our fave breakfast/brunch AND fave coffee & cake place. Today was no exception - another lovely plate of pancakes for me & Chilli B's special for him, both with great coffee.We'll be back again, and again, and again... 😊

Visited for the first time this week on Wednesday and loved it. Food was delicious, staff very friendly. Lovely decor, warm environment, good music and could have sworn I was in one of the top cafes in Shoreditch! Went back today and ordered the Chilli B' special again still had a great experience! Will be back and will bring friends!

Quality food and table service as always. Bill and Sharon are always friendly and welcoming and provide great food and drink. We are regular visitors and highly recommend Chilli B's to anyone visiting Hitchin. Lovely sunny garden or cosy tables to enjoy your meal - a real winner 😁

Chili B is the best take away sandwich shop right off the main square in Hitchin. We also dined in for breakfast and they are so accommodating. They made my husband a special breakfast at his request for his special diet while I had fluffy thick pancakes with a delicious blueberry compote. The desserts are legit, I was happy to see a perfect pecan pie so far from home. The British really know their desserts! Even if the take away line has a bit of a cue, these guys are fast and you will be on your way to your next adventure.
