Horrible! Ordered vegetarian but received meat. Do not order from here if you are vegetarian. They do not care about sending the right food. Awful.

I’ve ordered from here again and enjoyed my food how this time I’m not satisfied with the customer service at all.I order over 1hr 30 mins ago. I rang numerous times for them to hang the phone up on me!I don’t recommend this service to anyoneI won’t be ordering from here again

Food was late, waited an hour and 20 minutes and called about 8 times to get no answer everytime. Went into the shop for them to tell me its 5 minutes away.. right well why didn't you answer me when I was calling to tell me that, didn't offer no refund, discount or money off the total. Been using for a couple years but definitely taking myself someone else, the size of the ribs wouldn't even feed a toddler. Wont use and whoever is reading this dont use! Never normally give out reviews like this but this service was absolutely shocking.

Have to say one star is one to many, I ordered food from them on sat 30th December. When the food arrived the first thing I noticed is that the squid was so over cooked, it was hard and looked like leftovers re-heated. As did the rest of the food look warm and tasteless. What really upset me is I paid £39 for this I did complain and was told I could have the squid replaced and it would take 20 mins I declined as it would come after we finished I was reluctantly offered a refund for one dish. I emails to complain and have so far been ignored. Ordering takeaway isn't something I do often as I am disabled and live on a fixed income . It is shameful that they send out disgusting food like this. Avoid them.

£7 Noodles, £6.80 rice REALLY!! These are quality Chinese restaurant prices, not a very average takeaway. Not only are the prices unbelievable but the meat content of such dishes is minimal, however going by how busy they seem they're obviously getting away with it!

Still waiting. Food ordered at 6, have 2 young children who should have eaten and been in bed by now, it's coming up to 9pm and restaurant only just answered the phone... Told us another 20 mins !

I order special fry rice but they give something else and chicken was so dry and smell it was old and they didn’t give shrimp I m sorry they was good beginning but not anymore...

Tonight we had a delicious takeaway delivered to our front door within the indicated time range and the customer service from the takeaway itself and the delivery driver was first class! Really enjoyed our meal and very happy overall with Eat Well. Thanks again Eat Well and Just Eat too.

So furious. We have just had a terrible experience with them.We ordered it from just eat online at 6pm. They said it will be delivered by 7.25pm. We rang them at 7.50pm and they said they were just starting to package it up!furious and said forget it. He asked for a refund but they refused and said you have to go through just eat. done that and they are having to investigate further as Eat well told just eat that they had delivered it to us! Absolute cheek! Eat well in Hitchin. We will never be using them again!So cross.

Really really nice hot tasty food! Ordered Sunday at 6:11pm and arrived at 7:30 from Stevenage, popular Chinese in Stevenage takes 2 hours plus on busy nights so we expected a wait, they came at a great time when we were just wondering how much longer 😁. This takeaway was recommended because of the dimsum and we ordered the platter it was so hot and yummy! It is rare to find so happy we were told about you. We ordered crispy won tons aswell delicious and Singapore rice noodle, crispy beef and lemon chicken. They are all lovely. We are saving alot for tomorrow as they give you generous portions. And they gave us complimentary spring rolls which we ate right away thank you so much! We will recommend and order from you again soon! Stay safe!
