Ciao Cafe in North Hertfordshire

Amazing coffees and a wide selection of sweet treats, Italian sandwiches and pastries too. Not forgetting their gelato that my girls loved.

I’ve been going to Ciao Italia ever since it opened and it has to be one of my favourite places to go . The staff are so happy and cheerful and always accommodate what I like (I’m always changing my mind :) ) and their fresh baked Focaccia’s are the best ! Plus they have all the alternatives milks which is bonus for me ! Highly recommend this place

I pop in to this lovely cafe when I’m working in town . The coffee pastries are amazing a little bit of Italy on your doorstep. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I even buy there coffee beans to have at home . Love love love . ❤️❤️❤️

Had coffee and food lots of time in this coffee shop. The coffee is particularly good and they have a good choice of food, staff are very friendly and the place always looks spotless. You can sit inside or they have a few tables outside weather permitting. Would highly recommend this place.

Went for a second time yesterday and the team, Ilaria, Celine and Matt customer service is exceptional. Both times I felt welcomed and the first time I had just had my first dose of the vaccine and they gave me a free biscuit. Their Nutella hot chocolate is the best! Really feels like stepping into Italy. Place is clean, super friendly staff, very accommodating and the portions of my drink were large compared to other coffee shops. I also bought some pistachio biscuits which are so tasty. Love it here. Thank you team - will be back soon

Amazing coffee shop. They sell a variety of Italian foods, including packaged ones to take home, cannolis, arancinis, gelato etc ... the staff who work there are so so lovely, every time I've gone in they have always been so friendly, helpful and smiley! They often advise what food goes best with your drink, which is lovely. The coffee is amazing, and I have a weak spot for their Nutella latte. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The owner of the shop is absolutely lovely.I would recommend this coffee shop to anyone and everyone.

I really love this coffee shop! They have HUGE coffees and great prices. They sell a variety of foods, coffee, snacks and even travel mugs. The staff are welcoming and friendly and always give you a smile! You certainly have my custom.
