Great Gelato probally the best I've had had in the UK, it was like being back in Italy sat on a beach endulging in the best pistachio Gelato Ive ever had. Keep up the amazing work. The team were friendly and polite and the place was packed out with lots of happy faces. They even offer a loyalty card to enjoy free Gelato!!!

Tasty gelato, helpful service and great location in the market place. The location is not very big so it can feel crowded when it is busy however there are plenty of tables outside and the gelato is great!

Love the new location and fact Fabio's had a lactose free option (vegan) option for milkshakes because I can't have normal milk. Team was also very freindly and helpful!

Well firstly I can’t say a bad word about the ice cream. As it was absolutely lovely.But as far as customer service goes.We had the worst experience here tonight.We arrived at 8:30pm. With my 5 year old son and my 7 year daughter. And placed our order with a young very polite gentlemen. Who was brilliant.Once our order had been taken.From what i believe is the shops manger. A very rude woman!!Told us we couldn’t sit down as she had already cleaned the tables. Yet you close at 9:00pm.Fair enough this understandable. It’s Friday night you want to get home. Although there was another two tables still eating.Once we received our order.We were about to leave. And my 5 year old son. Asked to use the Toilet.The very polite man, explained where it was and off we went. After we came out of the toilet.We was confronted , by this very rude woman!!Who tutted at us. And said how we shouldn’t have used the toilets as she just cleaned them!!We we’re made to feel very unwelcomed.Moral of the story.Close at 8:30pm so you don’t have this problem again once you’ve cleaned up.And teach some of your rude staff some customer service skills. Absolutely shocking.And won’t be returning 👍🏻

Amazing place to go for a treat. Best selection of flavours I've ever seen. My kids loved it, service was incredible. Definitely plan on visiting again soon!

Visited for the collaboration with Major Crusts at the weekend and what a treat. Best pizza in the land from Major Crusts and then the Gelato was just so damn fine. A tub of Salted Caramel Cheesecake for me and a tub of Tiramisu for my buddy Ben. According to Ben it gave Ben & Jerrys a run for its money and didn’t make him feel like he had been to naughty eating the whole tub in one sitting. For me the Salted Caramel Cheesecake does what it says on the tin, flavors so good and on the money but so light and smooth to. I loved it under a blanket on the sofa with a movie.

Heard about this place and really wanted to go I wasnt disappointed they have loads of great sounding flavours to choose from and the scoops were generous I had a salted caramel cone which tasted amazing had little bits of salted caramel in it and my partner had a one scoop biscoff tub which i had a try of it also tasted great although I did prefer mine. This is a great place and I'd definitely recommend!
