Great place! They have my favourite coffee beans and make great coffee! I specifically come over from Letchworth for their coffee!

Unwelcoming staff we have ever come across. The cake one of us had was so dry like sawdust and the coffee was bitter and you could feel the grounds as you sipped it. We left the cake and coffee and the staff did not even acknowledge that nothing was eaten or drunk or even ask if all was ok. Wasted £15.00!!! Highly recommend looking some where else. As a believer in supporting small businesses it goes against this review but the fact the staff did not care, says it all. V disappointed and feel 😡

Great flat whites, nice cakes and delicious food.

Great food and friendly staffs! I love their granola with banana, yoghurt and honey and of course their great coconut cap. Yummy!

The coffee chains have their uses but if you are in Hitchin and fancy something a bit special coffee wise, come on in here. We had a latte and a flat white - excellent. If that wasn't enough, we then had one of their excellent pastries. So good, I took a bite before taking the photograph - sorry.

An excellent shop. Delicious pastries and good coffee. They will sell you an aeropress coffee - black and full-flavoured - which is always a good sign. The outdoor tables are good for people spotting.

Please make an arrangement on Google if you are closed untill further notice. We are driving to Hitchen for second time for a nice coffee and you are closed for second time.Edit: The coffee was proper but banana chips on the granola bowl instead of fresh banana was disappointment. I wasn’t expecting too much for £4.5 but I was expecting the ingredients written on the menu such as banana.

This is a super little place with great atmosphere. You can see as soon as you step in this place is made homely...Simple, clean, yet welcoming.They have a great selection of cakes and desserts. Great food, the grilled sandwich is prob the best I've had yet! And they do amazing coffee!!!Excellent place for kids and families..Very impressed with service. They know exactly what you want and how you want it... Which means they have experience!!Once again.. For coffee lovers... You must try them out!!!Defo coming back

Good cup of coffee, need to ask the customer if they like chocolate on top first...service a bit aggressive...end of hot busy Saturday...need improvement by the kids behind the counter ☕🤷‍♂️
