Green Man Pub Restaurant in North Hertfordshire

Lovely location with a table in the conservatory overlooking countryside..beautiful. The food was lovely and piping hot. Staff very friendly and approachable.

This has always been a good location, geographically and design wise. The large garden has lovely views of open countryside and inside there are three seating areas: the large, light, noisy conservatory, smaller area by bar and front bar area where dogs are allowed and which has more of a pub feel.The menu is expansive but not expensive.The food is good - we had mussels, squid and sea bass with a pea risotto. It is not five star cooking but adequate and good for the price.

Fantastic, very nice and the roast was great. The staff are nice and we had a great time earlier today a large table of us. Well looked after. Will definitely go back 👌

Just finished eating our food and and it was outstanding 👌. The quality and quantity was perfect. There was 6 people on our table and we were all very impressed. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The pub was large and well laid out. Clean toilets and great free parking. WiFi is available also. We will be returning and I recommend it to others to go there.

Bit hit and miss with the food, starter was excellent and dessert amazing but main course was disappointing, cold and bland. Have eaten here a couple of times and not yet had 3 amazing courses at the same meal. Today's starter and dessert were 5 🌟 but main course was a 3 if I am being generous, shame as nice atmosphere. A lot of menus to wade through too!

Fantastic night on New year's eve. Food was absolutely cooked perfectly. Hot and plenty of it. Excellent selection of drinks and the staff were very very friendly. Will definitely be visiting again. Can't wait until next New year's eve. 10/10

Really nice gastropub for a Sunday lunch.Kids menu was particularly impressive - loads of choice and well thought out, not just your standard chicken nuggets or fish fingers.Excellent service, lovely view (we sat in the conservatory), nice food and good drinks selection.

Delicious Sunday lunch menu and lovely surrounds. Beef advertised as pink and sadly was well done but otherwise a super experience. We will visit again without question.

Great country pub with a good choice of beers.The first thing you see on your way in is a keg of water for dogs. Obviously dog friendly which is great.Stopped here on a drive around Beds and what a lovely old pub with plenty of character.Tried a pint of Cornish Pale Ale and thoroughly enjoyed it.Definitely worth the couple of minutes drive from Luton.

Visited the Green Man for the first time for my birthday and we had a lovely time. The views from the conservatory are amazing & there was such a great atmosphere. The staff were polite & very attentive. The food was top notch. Highly recommend the Green Man - we'd definitely come again!
