Great for a quick snack sausage rolls and bakes are delicious and good prices 😋

Served by Sean today (not sure if this is how he spells his name) Very friendly, polite and helpful guy.This might not be the Ritz, but the food is always consistent, tasty and an indulgent occasional treat. (As opposed to my healthy eating, meat limiting, veggie consuming, yawn, lifestyle) A shortage of staff seems to be the norm at present, which must be demoralising for the staff that they have retained.Just wanted to say well done to today's staff and thanks for the great service from the three of you this morning.

Good location, usual quality Greggs food and drinks. Seating available in store.

Had a very nice takeaway coffee easy as good as Starbucks at half the price. Good food to.

Cheap and accessible for all incomes!Speed of Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️On this particular visit, the time between placing my order and receiving my food and drinks was very quick.Food Quality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Overall quality of the food I ordered was really good. Best thing about Greggs is the freshness. Making their own sandwiches fresh every morning and baking fresh produce throughout the day.Restaraunt Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️As seen in the photos. The main cabinets had many dirty trays left in them. With frosting and topping over them. From a customer perspective it doesn’t look very good.AOB- ⭐️⭐️I had no major issues with my visit. However the cabinets look pretty poor. The general display of products doesn’t show them off it a good way. Piling more products into one tray doesn’t look good when they’re stuffed up the side. The hot pastry cabinet also looked all over the place.

Visited this morning on 14/05/21, said Good Morning to the staff as I entered the store and was stared down by the 3 staff and not made to feel welcome what so ever, anything I asked made it feel like a chore for them.Not impressed !

Nice but I would get a Subway toastie instead of a sausage roll, there is a lot more stuff in it and it is more healthy and the Subway is only 30p more and bigger.

Very impressed with attitude of staff. I clumsily knocked my coffee over and they cleaned it up cheerfully and even offered me a replacement.Good value baguette. Only criticism - air conditioning set too low now outside temperature cooler.

For the past few weeks I have been going into Gregg's on a Sunday and have been served by a young lad called Dylan he gives fantastic customer service and is a great asset to your company.Nothing is too much trouble and he is very polite .I do hope he is congratulated

Lunch time (12:10)Shop is not busy , and shelves are empty , I asked staff if there were more rolls in the making and how long untill they were coming out, to which I was told hope that's all we have ....No probs we will go elsewhere.....which is what we did ... poor poor service
