Been tonight 5 of us. Service and food was lovely. Fantastic night !!

Staff are welcoming & friendly. Food is very good & good portion size. Prices are fair. Desserts are yummy 😍

Very disappointed with my food, never ordered from here before and won't waste my money again. The pork and beef where dry and tough, with really no flavour. There was lot's of vegetables and rice, I couldn't eat it.

Been ordering from here for years and years but haven’t for bout 18 months. Just ordered Exactly the same dishes I have for years and not only it was a tenner more than it used to be none of the dishes were like they used to be, literally no chicken in anything. Won’t be ordering from them again!

I have ordered food from here on many occasions. Tonight the wrong meal was delivered. I was told its too late to complain so tough luck basically. Very disappointed and they have a lost a regular customer ,(not that they seem to care very much)

I've always been pleased with heart to heart but today their customer service was appalling. they sent the wrong order and when I complained iwas told its too late .. I've ordered for 4 or 5 years from them but never again.. terrible customer service. I won't order again.... Shame on you heart to heart . one bad experience and you wouldn't rectify YOUR BAD SERVICE . :(.

Never again! The staff was rude and the food awful! The noodles tasted burnt and the rice was stodgy as anything, I don’t even know what that the chicken was, but definitely not fresh chicken. Never did anyone come over and ask how our food was, we did leave it, and when cleared away, nothing said. When the bill arrived, (they don’t put service charge on) the rude guy said we don’t ask for service charge, but will you pay extra, we answered… your lucky we are paying anything, the food was awful, with that, he took our money and walked off: no apology no nothing. One of the worst experiences ever! £60 and not eaten anything. Never again.

Delicious food as always! Fantastic service and a lovely atmosphere when dining in. Take out is always delicious too!
