Izgara Grill & Kebab in North Hertfordshire

Omg what a shame I can't give zero!!! The chips and wrap were so smelly.....the oil and the meat in the wrap must have been old definitely!! Never ever had such a cold pizza and so salty!!!! Everything was cold and the wrapping paper was all wet and disgusting! I received my order 10 minutes ago! Nothing edible! What a waste of money! Definitely NOT recommend it!!!!!

Massive mixed kebab and salad. Great quality, quick delivery, very reasonable.

Would give zero star if I could!!!Ordered food from here but missing an item, chips tasted as if was old and burgers was soggy. rang them up eventually got through to someone about our missing item but was only saying 'ah next time u can have free' which I declined and said would like refund in which his reply was fine ok and hung up. My partner left a review on just eat about this as shes fully entitled to do. Then only few minutes later recieve a phonecall from the manager on duty asking what is wrong with order so told him. He rang to moan about the review we left and not apologising about the missing item or subpar food, then mentioned because we left review he wasn't going to refund us due to this. I challenged him and said well if you dont refund us then we leave another review then suddenly he was like 'oh I will give you refund'. Basically his attitude and tone was rude and aggressive saying I know what kind people you are and you are never to order from us again. Dont worry I won't!! P.S this review is all down to the manager being rude and completely unprofessional.

The food is simply delicious, the staff are lovely, I've had kebabs, burgers, and pizzas, no idea how anyone could give a bad review, best kebabby in herts, in my opinion, and I'm a connoisseur of fast food! Top skills lads, Thursdays won't be the same without a visit there! Sadly my work in codicote over, I'll happily drive the 30 mins for your food and warm welcome!!!!

On 2 occasions recently they had run out of salad for the kebabs ....?! Tonight my son found a dead blue bottle fly within his kebab. Needless to say, gone off the placw and won't be returning any time soon!

Really disappointed. Ordered food at 17:45 through JustEat, food didn't turn up on time. After 2 phone calls to them,where each time they told us it would be another 10mins. We rang them again at 19:35 to find out where our food was, guy on the other end of the phone said delivery driver had a puncture?? He gave us no guarantee of when we'd get food or what condition it would be when it arrived, so we cancelled the order. Have spoken several times to both JustEat and Izgara yet we are still trying to get our money back because Izgara has recorded the take away as delivered.

Amazing food, very well prepared, very nice staff, recommend this shop to everyone who likes kebabs. Will definitely be coming here more.

So 1hr20mins to deliver even tho busy was told an hr, salad was poor , chicken wings weren’t very nice , meat wasn’t very nice , didn’t get free bottle of coke like it said on the menu, will not be ordering again! For the price it’s not worth it , I could of gone out for a family meal that would be more edible

Best Doner Kebab I've ever tasted. Quality is consistent using high quality meat. Been visiting this takeaway for over 2 years and never had a problem. The staff are very friendly and love to have a chat. I look forward to going here every time. The chilli sauce is very nice it's well worth trying! Thanks Izgara keep up the good work!

Utter filth made a genuine complaint via just eat after order being delivered 30 minutes late and when food did finally arrive all the packaging was melted onto my food (not edible) I call to complain not interested I speak with just it they give me fiver voucher... anyway now Izgara keep cancelling my orders 2 x in the past week and my son makes an order they take it and cancel at the time it was due to be delivered. " disgusting ! Good luck you will not last long treating people like that round here
