McDonald's in North Hertfordshire

I often visit North Watford McDonald's. And always impressed by an employee named Lauren, she is mostly moping floors and cleaning. Her customer skills are excellent she is polite, & Conscientious, a Star employee and a Credit to McDonald's

Waiting time wasn't too bad, but the food was stone cold and the chips tasted like they had been reheated and gone cold again. Avoid if possible. Try the one in town, they take ages but at least the food is hot.

“Fast” Food they say, but you actually have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for your order.Little update: the food arrived after 2 hours, and they have sent me the wrong order of course.

Slow service, cold food, unsalted chips. No sachets out, had to queue for salt so food even colder by the time I got it. First time I have considered returning food but was in a rush and had already wasted more time than expected.

Mc spicy chicken is the best burger I had from Mc Donald's after a very long time. I hope they keep it on the menu permanently. Quick delivery and best service.

Really poor experience, delays in the drive thru, changed to click and collect and this didn't work. Went into restaurant and still staff couldn't complete the order properly even thought I ordered online

This outlet is actually one of the better ones and the food is quite good. I love that they got the McSpicy chicken back so now I have something good to order every time instead of the bland options and true to its word, its actually spicy.

Typical late night stop after a long day. Drive through was slow but OK. Burger was the classic, pleased to find out they had shakes which hasn't been the case recently. Fries were not hot, just luke warm and I am only round the corner so would have expected them to be hotter. Filled a hole I guess :)

This by far has to be the worst McDonalds restaurant we have ever been to. Long wait for food, priority seems to be given to online orders. Once getting our food the chips were all cold, the burgers looked like they were thrown in the box with no care given, these were also cold. Chicken selects were cold and chewy. On the plus side they did have the milkshake machine working as most do seem to be out of order. One to avoid
