Offley Place Restaurant in North Hertfordshire

Recently attended for my brothers wedding and the venue is beautiful. A great place for a spring/summer wedding. The skylight and chandeliers are a great touch and there is plenty of space.

Offley Place is the most perfect wedding venue. The team were so helpful, responsive and gave us a wonderful experience. We got married in the conservatory with 80 people, and used the Spencer resturant as more dancing space which worked perfectly. The venue has modern spaces and complete character throughout. I can't praise Offley enough, every staff member was so helpful and friendly ❤❤❤

Let everyone read the reply below. We were treated with the upmost contempt by the female director of Offley, even taking us to County Court to belittle our claim for our refund. The polite answer n the photo is a rouse of the most nasty person she is. We COULD have had our wedding that we planned 6 months for. She cancelled it at 9.50pm the night before - all of it, even the ceremony, like she has God-given powers to do so. It was the registry office that forced her to change her mind, despite what she said.I give five stars to The Priory, Hitchin, who performed beyond belief.Please do not part your good money to Offley bad company.

We celebrated a most fabulous wedding for our daughter, amazing venue, such character, fantastic staff, nothing was too much trouble, overall a fantastic experience. Brilliant well done Nazlee and team!

The hotel building is amazingCan I just say that one staff member Angela was amazingShe gave the best customer service ever.*Room, no blind in bathroom not good when you’re in the shower we had to put towels up over the. Window. The room was niceApart from a dirty towel on the bed* breakfast was good*Unfortunately the bar was not open but only open on weddingsI would still recommend stayingHere

Attended a wedding. Decor and amenities nice. Service on the whole was good and staff friendly and professional. However disappointing when glasses were collected 2hrs before the function finished despite the bar still being open for drinks. Could have been replaced by in house glasses would have been a lot more appropriate than flimsy paper cups. I left my table for 10minutes during which time my wine disappeared. The staff then persisted in trying on servalattempts to collect the remaining glasses on the table despite them containing drinks. Such ashame.

Went there as a family with children to attend a wedding.Attractive house with large garden. Spacious room.Customer service was lacking. I struggled past staff with multiple suitcases etc. Other hotels would have had a porter on hand and insisted on taking it all to the room for us.Breakfast was very slow. We had to clear the table ourselves of previous diners' plates, cups etc. When we asked for juice we were brought the remains of a jug from another table. More staff would have made such a difference.

Got married here on 28/05/2021 and we can't fault Offley. The staff are amazing, got lots of compliments from guests at our wedding at how amazing the staff are! Always checked in with us throughout the day to make sure all was well. They made the process of wedding planning so easy, rooms are beautiful and very clean. Food was outstanding and can't fault the service. Can't thank them enough and can't wait to go back in the future! Absolutely stunning venue.

Fantastic food and beautiful venue, however there's no lift so ensure to ask for a ground or first floor room if you struggle with stairs.
