Oh My Cod in North Hertfordshire

Just paid £1.80 for the smallest spring role in history. Well actually I ordered 2 so paid £3.60. Ridiculous. Not value for money .

I used just eat for fish and chips. Had cod bites and chips and would happily order again. Happy they are open on Mondays too

Not what it use to be. 2nd time of being charged for LARGE PORTIONS of fish & chips. However small/ so called medium fish was served up. Will not be going back to "Oh my cod" anytime in the foreseeable future. 👎👎

Me and my friend had fish and chips on Thursday.Afternoon, and I was sick Thursday night, and my friend is being voiletly sick today. We are not happy at all paid £16.10.. to sit on the toilet and throw up in it. Not amused at all would not recommend it at all.. it was the most oiliness thing I've ever ate in my life.

£22.50 for probably the worst cod and chips we have had. Even my dog refused to eat it(and he eats anything). Batter was under cooked and the chips were hard. Absolutely RANK!!!!

This place used to be great, it's not any more. I'm not sure if it has changed hands or whether they just have new staff who do not care. Soggy batter on the fish, chips are always undercooked. I know it's achiipy but the food here is just super-greasy, there are so many better places now. Make sure you don't ask too many questions in here as everything appears to be a problem for them and it feels like you are just an inconvenience. Your order is always "going to be about 7 minutes" but ends up being about 15 or 20 minimum. Make sure you check your order before you leave the shop as it's always wrong or has items missing. They've upgraded to a fancy till system but nobody seems to know how to use it and there are just loads of order receipts stuck on the front desk that seem to be dealt with in totally random order. Mine was missing even though I'd given it twice. Gave them a third and final try last night, will not be going back.

For the third timeI swear your female staff can't tell the difference between froma spring roll or a bap rollNo offence but train the younger lady better we should trust you to pack the food we ask for and deliver the service for the price we paySo after a hard day's work I really don't need to crave your food then go order amd you mess it up!!! Only ordered here once. They forgot my chicken and I didn't realise until I got to the car. Went back and they very reluctantly gave me the chicken I had paid for whilst making it very obvious they thought I was lying (not apology, dirty looks, glaring and muttering). Will never go back as a result of this dreadful customer service experience. Food was good though. Didn't appreciate being made to feel like I had done something wrong for asking for ALL the food I had paid for

Chips size was small. Burger meat was soft and mushy. There was so much sauce on the burger the top bun turned into mush. But the best part of it all was £1.60 for a battered sausage that was smaller than my lighter rip off never buy from hear again

Terrible 1/4 pounder & cheese. No vegetables hence no tomato,onion or lattice. Burger came straight from freezer to oil fryer, then into microwave & on to the bun.All done in about 3 minutes...Will never eat or let anyone i know eat that filth.
