Nice comfy pub, nice atmosphere, not eaten there yet tho so can't comment on food

Good Beers- Fuller and Eagle. Bar staff friendly, couldn't be more helpful.

Nice local pub, nip in now and then after work for a few games of darts and a drink, friendly staff

Really nice atmosphere, with a log burner and a chilled atmosphere. Food isn't served everyday so check before visiting if you want a meal. Only a couple of real ale choices.

Had mum's surprise 75th birthday party there - was absolutely brilliant - thank you to Vicky + Chip for making it a wonderful day - they put on a fabulous buffet - also thanks to Gary + Kirky from Rainmaker for the music - just brilliant

This pub is a total Gem!! It's a typical country pub, that looks and feels beautiful. The landlady and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, serving a great selection of beers, ciders, wines, and spirits. The atmosphere is really relaxed. They have made such a wonderful effort to make these crazy times, not so crazy!!! Absolutely brilliant marquee to sit comfortably and watch the footie too!! Great pub. Lovely hosts. Brilliant place to stop for a few cheeky bevvies.... Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks to all at the Plume Of Feathers 👍🏻😎🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿😎👍🏻

Spot on proper food. Huge portions of extremely tasty food. Landlord really knowledgeable and passionate about the food he serves, which is smoked over the best part of a day. Good selection of ales, and nice crowd of locals for good banter.

Look, these folks are trying to do something a little different in the area. Giving their menu a genuine smokehouse angle. Taking some great cuts of British beef and pork, smoking them low and slow and producing great meals. They are really worth trying out. Or, you can go to your usual place and eat quite satisfactorily. Well life's too short for "satisfactory". I'll be having a go at "fantastic" if it's all the same with you!

Tasty food at fair price, too spicy for smaller kids but owner very accommodating.
