Prezzo - Letchworth in North Hertfordshire

Went on one of the hottest day so far and was given a outside table upstairs great addition to the booking. Great food and service. Thanks guys

I went with a friend, the service was good, the food was ok (nothing in comparison to L'Artista) i ordered a hot chocolate it came in a mug which was only half full and the rest just froth which was a bit disappointing. They used to give those tall glass mugs. Other then that everything was ok

First time in Prezzo! We had wonderful time. Food was delicious! Staff was very friendly, Agnieszka make us feel so comfortable. Overall very happy, that we find a perfect place to dine with family in relaxing atmosphere and professional service. My favourite was king prawns😍 exceptional! Next time I have to save more space for dessert and coffee. Thank you. Happy customer.

Worst Carbonara ever! Not very Italian Italian restaurant.

First time in this one- celebrating birthday. Food was good, excellent service. Booked the table but it wasn't too crowded- late lunch on Good Friday

Second time round we still experienced the staff to be very offish, not friendly at all. But the food was delicious.

Tasty food & cocktails.Great service and good options for kids along with a good activity sheet for the kids too. Portions are really generous and everything feels freshly made.We often use Tesco vouchers so it feels like we eat for free.

Had a takeaway delivered from here for the first time last night and I can honestly say it's the worst pizza takeaway I've ever had.The garlic bread with mozzarella and balsamic onions arrived with no mozzarella, no onions, and was dry and burnt (had a massive hole in the middle!). It was like eating sandpaper.Pizzas were absolutely stone cold, and inedible. Toppings were missing from both.It all went in the bin.To top it all off delivery was late.Avoid this place unless you enjoy disappointment, hunger, poor quality food, and feeling insulted.They can't even be bothered to read the orders, and they clearly couldn't care less about the quality of food they're putting in front of customers. How they're still in business I don't know, but we won't be back.

I ordered a Vegan 'chicken' pizza. 😬 I wouldn't order it again. The lumps of chicken had an odd texture had more salt than flavour. I wasn't overly detered and ate it all.The three people I ate with were all satisfied with their meals.

Reasonable food for the price, but nothing special. We did chose from the £11.50 menu, so can't complain too much. Having said that, the burger meat was very overcooked and the brioche bun was just this side of stale. The pizza dough was not great. If you are in Letchworth and want REAL Italian food, go to L'Artista, just down the same road. Maybe a couple of quid more, but so much better.
