Excellent food and service. We first visited some 10 years ago and it’s still as good now. Inside restaurant is great for dining and take-away service is just as good.

If your looking for an Indian restaurant that has great food and and great service look no further than the Raja. Great for families, go later with friends and get get stuck in. The best Indian in the county.

Total rip off on drinks! Charged 4.95 for a glass of lime & soda. Should be max of 1.20.Food was ok but not much flavour / bit bland.Also waiter snatched bill off me when I had paid as he could see me querying what was on there. Took it back to bar to give me a copy then conveniently lost it!!Avoid having drinks in here as per other reviews as total rip off!!!

Great food (faultless) & service.Negatives: dishes are expensive compared to other Indians. A 10% surcharge which i never favour! Alcohol is very expensive.Despite the negatives i would go back!

Nice food and service but nothing exeptional. Very expensive. £88 for 2 people, no starters, 2 mains, , poppadoms and 2 sides, no rice and 1 desert. 3 beers and 1 glass of wine. They also add a 10% service charge. Nice but won't rush back. Had almost identical at another restaurant very recently for £57.

Amazing place, incredible food, generous portions, large main menu. Nicely decorated, very nice for date night, a family meal or a large gathering.Very friendly & helping staff, always so professional.Book in advance!
