Just popped in for a drink ,staff where polite & friendly. Clean ,bright. This was lunch time my only concern only one person behind bar what would happen if a lot of people turned up at the same time. But say that WILL be returning for a meal .

Wonderful pub/lucky find!Great staff and very good food.Had an Estrella/lime cordial and had Duck Confit for main. The duck was perfectly cooked, fell off the bone. Healthy portions and very reasonably priced.Would go again when passing through!

Very nice building and garden - plenty of room. Very efficient staff working well as a team. All staff was extremely helpful and competent. Very well maintained and clean. Very well kept MC Mullen Country bitter. Pity the AK had run out. Rachel deserves a special mention ☺️. Such a great personality and take engages with customers. Very likeable and friendly with excellent customer service. Good sense of humour too. Thank you Rachel you made us and our little white assistance dog very welcome on Sunday 24/4

Really impressed with the service (and food) we received today. After a very long journey, we rang to ask if they could still accommodate our booking as we were running late.Couldn’t have been more helpful.Great table service, the food was delicious and quick to arrive. This is a definite place to visit if in the area or if you’re looking for somewhere near jct23 of the m25.It’s worth the detour.

Burger bun was cold and pretty tasteless. Staff did send out a new burger. T-bone was done beautifully but wouldn’t pay £25 for it again. Nothing special. Dissatisfied customers won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend it.

Loved it so much that we went back twice in one week. Delicious food - we really enjoyed the grazing plates. Dessert was excellent too. Really nice interior and very friendly, helpful staff. We took our children the second time we visited and they were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommended, we will be back soon!
