Lovely place, great price that makes it affordable for everyone, great food, good selection and friendly staff.

Buffet restaurant unfortunately on the day myself and a friend visited the selection was very poor and overall not very good . Member of staff sullen and English poor, maybe just one of those days because I have been before and everything was fine....

Nice buffet, decent choice of Chinese food. We all ate too much! LolReasonably priced, I would recommend based on my last experience.

Lovely food as always but need to sort out the ladies toilets as when my wife used them there where 5 cubicles, 3 out of order, one occupied and one with no seat!.

Nice place for a Chinese meal, pay one price, eat as much as u like , enjoyable dishes & Aromatic duck too , dessert section too .Nice beers,wines & spiritsCoke on draft

Went there tonite with grandkids, had fab time. Staff very nice to them. Courteous, helpful, attentive. Good food for money. Lots of choices. Eat as much as yr belly can hold.....we definitely got our pennies worth.I've been going there for many years. And will b for years to come. Definitely recommend.

As always food is good!We measured the children and sat down to eat then the manager came over sayin we had to.oay! Before we ate? Measure the children banging his hand on the table. We ordered jugs if water an hour later a full jug was removed from table by manager, I had to go and get another I told the waitress and she said he's taking her job? The atmosphere was very different the numerous times we had been before, nit very impressed dnt think we will be going back! So disappointed!!

Extremely disappointed on my last visit. No one greeted at the door, we had to find someone. We were seated next to the back door. Short woman who walks slow doesn't speak good English. She didn't take drink order, we had gotten our first plate of food and still waiting for drink order. It was 8:45pm and like 10 customers so not busy at all. They were busy cleaning up etc and we struggled to get anyone's attention. I was in a wheelchair and friend partially sighted so not easy for us. We had to physically leave our table to get someone in the middle of eating, then we needed more drinks and again struggled to get someone's attention. Member of staff eating in the customer area in the middle of working. Cleaning floors with strong lemon floor cleaner right near us and put us off our food completely and also carrying big bags of rubbish through the restaurant and right next to us with back door open while we are eating, not pleasant at all. Not good practices and disappointing service. We didn't have Dessert as didn't look appetising, the main food was lovely, but was cut short because of all the smells of cleaning and rubbish from outside. I don't know if I would return again, such a shame.

Here on a Saturday evening at 19.00. Already minimal deserts; no toffee banana, no cheesecake, no cake, ice cream machine is broken. They have a real cheek charging extra for Saturday dining when they haven't bothered to stock up. I have reported it to 4 different members of staff with no effect.Exchanged cola in a lipstick stained glass for a clean one. Makes you worry how clean everything else is in these times of Covid-19.Main courses are ok.

dragonkingletchworth website doesn't work, misleading customer as a result. Most of their staff don't speak English, it is only one man can speak English politely . So don't expect any basic service from the whole restaurant. Foods are nothing special, deserts are super cheap from Iceland, drinks are so outdated, decoration is very bright no romantic feel, tables is a piece of chipped wood, their toilet is the worst, NO TOILET SEAT in the female room , toilet roll storage are all broken.. .how can the restaurant promise hygienic food standard to their customers ?Safety is the main concern in the year of COVID19 . Cheaper, poor restaurant should consider the issue seriously, be responsible for their customers and the public. Dragonking is far far below the score sheet.
