7 and Eleven in North Norfolk

Just completely terrible, order cheese and chips to receive plain, 3 times this has happened now, go to call and they insist cheese and chips was not ordered, but my receipt says otherwise, not only to mention how chewy the chips actually were, otherwise not cooked thorough! Won't be eating from here ever again, so disgraceful always seems to happen but never mind, American Pizza and Charcoal grill who were there before them and will be long after they are dissolved are so much better and I would recommend them.

Only one star from Southern Hill Hospitalbecause we felt discriminated against. They didn't want to take our large order :(

I used to like this shop but the chicken doner has reduced by so much I'd hate to buy a small oneCharge delivery I understand I even give delivery driver extra and always ask to make sure gate is closed but today couldn't even do thatSo just took 25 minutes trying to get my 2 jack's back in gardenThis is the last time I am using them

We've visited this takeaway shops several times and also ordered for home delivery and have been very happy with their quality specially with the pizza, chips and Doner kebabs. Their shop is very clean and their staff are friendly. Good quality, good food! Would definitely recommend!

First time ordering my chicken wasn’t cooked properly, didn’t complain just thought it happens sometimes it could be a one off but then tonight I ordered two chicken wraps and got two lamb wraps they then sent a chicken wrap out and I’ve been throwing up since eating it. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again!!

From a 5 star to a 2 star, what a shame. Very tasty place, was a regular customer & often left positive reviews. But today I called up asked where my food was as it had been around 1hr 30mins then they told me that the driver has delivered my food when no one turned up tonight. I asked for a refund, they said no, now they have suspended me from making any orders on their site. Such a shame after I still say it's a tasty eatery. So I've lost £17, me dinner & me favourite takeaway.

Fast delivery and food is always hot. Only giving it a 4 star as most of the time the chips aren't fresh and have a cardboard texture to them.
