This has to be the best sea food platter I have ever eaten. I didn't read any reviews until we was sat waiting for our food. There are some bad reviews claiming the staff are rude and the food is frozen but that was not our experience at all. We found the staff very polite and friendly. We ordered two of the lobster dishes but was told they was out of the smaller lobsters that they use for this dish. There was two quite bigger lobster behind the counter and was told that we could have one of them but they would have to charge us a couple of pounds more. We agreed and it proved to be a great decision. The food was beautiful and definitely not frozen. I have had frozen seafood before and it is nothing like what is served here. I wished we lived closer because I would be there all the time. Highly recommend.

I love this place. Great big plate full of crab (there was no lobster unfortunately) and fish with salad for not much money.

Have the crab royale salad; very tasty and excellent value for money. Loved this place; so down to earth, honest and welcoming.

Do not go here. It obviously has a reputation from many years ago but how you could deliver something so readily and easily accessible in the area, so badly, is beyond me. Nothing fresh, awful bread, no mayonnaise, just shocking, the picture says it all.

Perfect seafood and lovely service. The mackerel was the surprise star of the show! Gets very busy and closed earlier than it said the previous day so make sure you call ahead and book. Well worth it.

Delicious sea food shack. Huge plate of crab, prawns, crayfish, salad for a tenner. Lovely views in a peaceful setting. Outdoor dining in the sun.

Delicious and inexpensive food (for what you get)! The staff are friendly, Not sure why so many people are complaining. Just be nice to them and they'll be nice to you! I had the Mackerel Royale, but would recommend getting the crab or lobster, as the salad already comes with mackerel.
