Feathers Hotel Restaurant in North Norfolk

We have just returned from a relaxing weekend at The Feathers. There isn't enough stars to reflect the stay, from the initial reception to checking out, everything was perfect. The room was excellent (we stayed in the Kingfisher) and our meal in the restaurant was top class, my wife had the salmon and I had the steak which was cooked to perfection. It was a nice touch too with the card in the room wishing me a Happy Birthday!

Enjoyed a meal during the week, I'd say quite busy for a Thursday evening. Delicious food at a reasonable price plus a good vibe about the place.

Gorgeous building, not a good place to visit if you're not staying at the hotel. Bar staff not fussed, beer not kept well. Go to the King's Head (down the road) or Chubby Seal (over the road) if you can!

We have eaten there numerous times and have always had superb food and service. The last time , this week we had their Christmas dinner which baring the turkey ,the rest was very mediocre, rock hard roast and overcooked vegetables. Extremely sorry for this report as we have always had excellent food cooked perfectly.

A lovely stay! Fantastic breakfast. Lovely and attentive staff. A great atmosphere would definitely recommend and come back again.

Very friendly helpful polite staff. Dinner was lovely. Stayed over night the accommodation was also lovely and very clean. Highly recommend.

Such nice people, had a pint of Yardbird, tasted great. Can tell that the pipes are in great condition. Have now booked a meal for tomorrow evening 😊. Well done all

Had dinner which was excellent. Food and choice on the menu are really great..Menu is quite diverse and there is something for everyone here. Great goulash soup and fantastic Thai curry. We asked about allergies and the staff were understanding and helpful. Staff overall were friendly and welcoming. Will go back again.

Lovely hotel. Our room was clean, spacious and very light. Only one thing to mention and that was the walls are quite thin. The restaurant food was fantastic. Really good quality, generous portions and very good value for money. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We would certainly stay again.

We took our ladies out for lunch . We're not the easiest of customers, as our ladies all have special needs. However, the staff were polite and not condescending, they were patient with them too.The actual seating was comfortable and spacious, the room was cool and airy and the decor was lovely.Our meals were freshly prepared and we all thoroughly enjoyed our choices, the menu was diverse and had a range to suit any appetite. Desserts were varied and offered something for everyone.We were grateful for the prompt service and unfortunately we were unable to leave a tip ( as the meal is paid for by the ladies and we have to have receipts to account for every penny spent!) The prices were very reasonable and offered good value for money.All in all , an extremely pleasant meal and we shall definitely return in the near future.I would happily recommend this establishment to any of my friends.
