What a lovely pub. Spacious garden and a lovely selection of food and drinks; wouldn’t hesitate in returning.

Great, delicious food and very nice people. Also very happy we could take our dogs too. We had a great time thanks.

Had a family pre Christmas roast today. Some had Turkey and some beef. My daughters reckon it was the best pub roast they have ever had; I agree - it was amazing. Staff were attentives, welcoming, chatty and made the experience even more enjoyable. We will definetely be going back.

Staff we very friendly, however was not impressed by the food. I had the burger and it was a processed burger not homemade. disappointed that a pub like this thought they could get away with that. Make your own burgers! veggie burger was also not good at all.

Lovely venue and warm welcome, faultless. Let down slightly by quality of the ingredients in the food. Notably Prawns in salad were not nice. Would I eat there again; yes if when the area.

A decent pub and nice surroundings. Friendly staff also. Starter nibbles were excellent. Burgers were very nice. The pork belly dish was not great. All in all a good experience.

Fantastic place for an evening meal. I booked outside as my partner is 7 months pregnant and that's our preference at the moment. The front garden is lovely, 5 tables spaced out and enclosed by a hedge in front of the really stunning building. Staff were superb, really attentive service from several different people. The food is exceptional, especially the burger (and I've had many of these in my time) and great selection of puddings. I was expecting the bill to be a lot more when it came too but I was wrong, very good value for 3 courses. I will gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and 100% I'll be back when we're next here too. Enjoy!

We came to The Kings Head for dinner on Saturday. All of the staff were superb from the moment we stepped in. Great atmosphere and never felt over crowded or like they were trying to cram people in. The food was great - we had a range of various things from the menu (we were a party of five) all of it was served hot and tasty just what we wanted. Our main waitress was great! Very funny and really made our evening. We will be back!
