Le Moon in North Norfolk

I have gone quite a few times in hope it's just me as their food is actually good. But the staff are so miserable.Tonight I gave them £10 for my food and I was due £2.70 change. I had to ask how much my meal was 2 times for him to give me my change. He also gave me it begrudgingly and some change fell on the counter. Won't be going back now, will go somewhere else from now on.

Food good at a reasonable price. No ambience as we were on our own on a dark December evening. Good service.

Very Disappointed!!1.) staff are rude and unwelcoming2.) facilities are sh!t- literally!! Toilets won’t flush and BIG NASTY things still floating around the bowl3.) tasteless food- big disappointment after expecting savory food from an Asian Restaurant4.) serving size TOO SMALL for HIGH PRICES5.) food didn’t look like in the menu6.) charged us double for a £2 pot of tea because we asked for another tea cup, absolutely ridiculous. Brought up to the manager to clarify as to why we were charged 2 pots when we only ordered one, said they charge per cup and not the amount of tea served, “this is business” he says, not to mention speaking in their Language in front of us when we were asking for clarifications with the receipt.Never going back again, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very disappointed with experience, especially with staff. He was very rude in front of customers paying. Food not very tasty, had small serving and was expensive for the serving size! He charged us double for what we were actually served. And also £4+ for a simple pot of tea, it was only £2 on the menu???!! He didnt correct the price when we questioned him. Started speaking chinese infront of us. The facilities also wasnt great! The toilet had a big sht, and was not flushing! Asked the staff to flush it, he didnt even bother updating us when we were bursting for a wee, eventually had to use the gentleman's toilet instead of the ladies'. And to make it worse, no apology received!! So infuriating!

Fantastic food good value for money friendly staff we went to Cromer for 3 days eat here twice really nice experience wish I lived closer I would eat here more regularly.

It was not my first choice, but the food was surprisingly good. Moreover, when all the restaurants in Cromer struggled to serve the food, this restaurant was able to accommodate customers with no delay.

We have used this take away for years, with it being local to us. However recently we have had a lot of mess ups with our orders, missing food, incorrect food. We have grown rather tired of calling to say there is a mess up to be met with very little to no concern/care that food has been paid for and yet incorrect. We should not need to check the order is correct upon pick up. Completely done now with this takeaway, can't keep doing this. It costs a fair amount of money and there's continued problems. You've lost business from us as locals. Will no longer be using you.

Genuinely very, very good. The waiter was very brisk, with a thoroughly efficient manner. They seated us and then realised that we needed a high chair so they re-seated us to a different table that would (and was) more comfortable for us. The food was as good as we could have hoped for; delicious. We have been several times over the years we have been coming to Cromer and Le Moon has always impressed us. A huge thumbs up from us and we'll definitely be back!

Found this place on a recent holiday. Glad we weren’t put off my appearance. Food is amazing here. Good quality size for money paid. (We are from London). Tried the Cromer crab with black bean sauce. Genius idea. Very fresh and very much luck of the catch as the next day when we tried again they had sold out.

The place is pleasant, good food, the prices a bit high and the waiter was very bored and unpleasant 👎
