Food was nice BUT the lady who served us was rude, we ordered kids meals with orange juice and she said there was no way we had because they don't do orange juice (machine gave us the option with it)We got told to move from a table for someone with disabilities, one of my children has disabilities she was very very rude.Floors absolutely disgusting

Had all day breakfast 5.30pm 9.11.21. Cafe was clean and tidy, staff very pleasant and helpful. food was freshly cooked for us, plentiful and tasty. Well done and a shout out for Martin.

Dreadful, I ordered a breakfast I waited maybe nearly half an hour for it to arrive. When it came the Fried egg had burst and was flat and overcooked the baked beans were lukewarm and the sausage was hard and lukewarm and the bacon was rock hard I complain to the manager and got a refund. The only thing that was any good was the toast.

Used the ordering machine to do our family order and got shouted at by the cook that he is on his own and to go to the till instead, still don't understand why they couldn't just put a note on the machine to save people's time.Would pick mcdonalds now over here and that's saying something...

Popular place to get quality value meals. When it gets busy expect to wait a while. Mine took 25 mins to appear. I chose the Turkey Christmas meal at £5.75. Looked good, offered a generous portion of well cooked and presented food and was ideal to fill you up for the day. Friendly staff who were very busy. Good ordering system at an order station display. Hard wooden seats, IKEA style not indusive to staying long. WiFi is available but restricted. Clean, functional setting.Offers good value meals for children after school hours - free with an adult meal - which is a godsend if you don't have time at home.

Nice cafe self serve coffee machines food cooked fresh every day spacious can get busy at times not all of the food to everyone liking just ask to remove & replace with an alternative item if they have it. Window seats are good but sticky finger marks on the interior side of the windows half the time. Expect a bit of a wait for food during busy periods.

This is a supermarket cafe and as such has the usual fare. I have always had a good meal here and have no complaints about the food its always freshly prepared (if having a hot meal), the coffee could do with being stronger, but that's really a personal gripe. Seating is plentiful, not too cramped, I just wish there was more of a division between the cafe and the tills. The noise from the supermarket side of things can be a bit overpowering and on busy days really loud. The service is fairly prompt and tables are cleared if you are unable to carry the trays to the racks. As a stop either before or after your shopping I'd recommend it as the food is good and fairly priced.

Fish & Chips today was excellent, much better than last week when they ran out. However the coffee machine broke down and there were no spoons for the replacement instant stuff. Very difficult to measure coffee with a fork.Do better next time and you'll get 5 stars.

Went for lunch today, Waited 50 min. Tables were not being cleared, customers were having to move stuff just so they could sit at a table. No paper napkins, no trays. We have no complaint with the food or indeed the staff who are doing their best. The fault seems to lie with the management. The main shop was a shambles, there was food trampled on the floor by the salad bar, shelves were empty and the use by dates are a joke. I feel so sorry for the staff who are lovely There is just not enough of them. Lastly, the customer service station was empty.
