One of the best Chinese food in the area, always hot and on point, never had a bad meal from them. The decor might not be up to some folks standard's, but your not eating the decor. And the staff are friendly...

Ordered at 5.00 pm to collect at 19.30. Was on time to collect no one said there is delay. At 20.15 asked where is my order, was told another 20 min. Took my money and went home. Was my favourite chinese but will not use again. Terrible customer service. Would probably be quicker to get item from Alibaba...

Food is well cooked and tasty but sometimes even though I have bought very different dishes, they seem to taste alike. Not my first choice Chinese takeaway.

Haven't used NW for a while as they've send to be shut when we've wanted did but they were open last night and really enjoyed our meal. Have to say, in my opinion, they do the best curry in town.

First time trying New World tonight and we were not disappointed. The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be returning.

The food is always excellent and the owners are lovely people, however having to wait such a long time to collect an order is not good. We were told our order would be ready at 6 but were still waiting at 6.45. They either need to take less orders so they can cope at busy times or employ more staff so not to disappoint customers.

Worst chinese meal I have ever had! The choice for Vegans and vegetarians is poor with only one vegetable dish on the menu.This was liated as stir fry vetegables. These when ordered had no flavour at all with neither garlic or any kind of sauce. The vegetables were bearly cooked, too firm to call al dente. The rice by contrast was over cooked and congealed like yesterday's rice that had been reheated. The special fried rice was simply fried rice with diced veg and diced 'meat'. All the other dishes were dry and tasteless.Ordering: The chef was unable or unwilling to cook Szechwan styled mushrooms or vegetables when requested. We ordered stir fried rice with vegetables (no egg) and were given boiled rice.This is too be avoided if you have special dietary needs or like tasty food.
