Great place. Lovely building and facilities. Les is very friendly and helpful. Top notch

Beautiful setting, the grounds were very well kept and the room was very romantic, perfect place to lay your head for the night if you're on a short trip.Staff were a little understaffed, we had to wait at reception to check out for some time before anyone responded to us. The food was 3*, there's not much selection in cromer anyway.

The overall experience and decor of the hotel were ok but some parts could use an update as chairs in the bar were treadbare and worn with white sticky substance on one arm. The pull out bed on the suite could do with a refresh as seen better days and hardly comfortable, the breakfast though were first-class unfortunately the staff arrived 15 mins late after 8am when it was due to start. A more concise guest book explaining the hotels features and times of when breakfast starts would be good and instructions of how things work as not everybody is familiar with sofa beds as staff showed us to the room but did not show us around the rooms.Overall not a bad hotel in a stunning location but attention to detail required 😊.

Went for a Beatles tribute act. Hadn't been before. Drinks are pricy. Building and grounds very nice. Hot and cold buffet supplied but because no-one had explained the process we were left with little to choose and no tables to eat at hence the 3 stars. Would not put me off going again

Went for afternoon tea for a friend's birthday, very pleasant staff and good food. One thing that was a little strange was an L shaped table and there were 16 ish of us one pot of tea down one end of the table and one pot of coffee down the other end wasn't the best would have been better to have a pot of each both ends, also would have been better to have mixed platters of sandwiches as one end ate all of the salmon ones and there was a lot of passing back and forth of sandwiches. As I have said though was a lovely place with very friendly staff.

Good food in the restaurant. Service at table was acceptable. No other dinner guests at the time of our visit on a mid-winter Monday. The rooms are large with freesat TV. Cleaning is good. Bathrooms are well provided. Breakfast has both hot and cold options and the chef is willing to consider additional requests if available while not on the menu. Location is quiet with lots of parking space.

Even the Kippers were smiling.... Been here once and we will be back. Had to attend for an event, great space for meetings and topped off with some of the friendliest and most welcoming of staff.Quaint main building filled with pictures of its historic past. I went for the Norfolk kippers at breakfast, superb local produce.A lovely part of Norfolk and a great place to head back to after a day out on the coast.

The hotel is a bit remote but in a beautiful setting. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed.
