Scarborough Hill Hotel in North Norfolk

Beautiful hotel in tranquil location. Very helpful owners..managed to get us booked in at short notice. Spotlessly clean. Really comfortable beds. Would definitely visit again.

Bad, when I arrived, the door was closed and nobody opened. Never experienced this kind of service. Worst service ever!

Booked through booking.com for a 1 night stay. 3 days before the hotel called me and cancelled due to a flood . They have refused to refund me, ignored my emails and messages and even denied it happened to booking.com. total disgrace would not recommend here or hotel Wroxham owned by same people

Great communication RE our late check in, really comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, really lovely reception/staff. Cannot fault it. Won't stay in a Purple Palace again with this gem even closer to the in-laws!

Amazeing place it really is so nice and welcoming. Beth who is lady that works on the desk also house keeper was so helpful couldent do enough for me. She is an amazeing asset to this hotel ive been here 10 minutes and im so happy and comfortable. I will be back no question about that ....A star in my book

Attended a wedding there on 4/09/21. Place was perfect, food brilliant and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for the bride and groom. The room was clean and well presented, very quiet and we had a good night's sleep. The cooked breakfast was very nice.

Super Dog Friendly / Child FriendlyThis hidden gem is just perfect for a relaxing break in the UK.The accommodation is spotlessly clean and even in these strange times when it is SO hard for the hospitality industry to find enough staff we felt wonderfully welcome and looked after. Our family had a room in the Inn itself and one of the cottages, the furnishings for humans and dogs ( inc dog beds, bowls and treats! ) are wonderful across the board. The Stables cottage had a fully kitted out kitchen, nothing had been overlooked.Breakfast is very very very good. I cannot rate this beautiful property highly enough.Do not book if you do not like dogs!

We had a nice two night stay at the Scarborough Hill Country Inn. The room was clean and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable. Set in beautiful surroundings down a country road. Lovely trees, plants and shrubs in the grounds, also a meadow field which is located at the top car park. There was a marquee which can be used for private events. Good choice of breakfast on the menu. North Walsham is approximately a 10 minute drive away. Would recommend.

Been here before few years ago, been taken over & renovated. Well cared for rooms & shower facilities etc. Very comfortable. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Lovely grounds. Easy parking. Big marquee in the grounds for weddings, celebrations, with catering. Down side for hotel residents, no longer have evening bar & restaurant. Hope they open up in the future. Have to travel for eating out. They have a sister hotel at Wroxham, next to the Broad, recommend. Also The Swan at Horning is nice, by the broads.

The staff here make it an excellent stay. I am not a seasoned hotel visitor and l like routine. Having traveled for 6 hours and a bit anxious at staying in a unfamiliar environment, these guys, without any effort, make you feel welcome and at ease immediately. While the accommodation is a little dated, you cannot fault the staff. Set breakfast menu is great, but want something off menu, they are more than happy to oblige with. Looking forward to seeing you again
