Subway in North Norfolk

The employee working at this Subway immediately apologized upon my entry to the restaurant, stating that "since it had been a busy day, they didn't have much left" - and he wasn't wrong. Poor selection of breads, vegetables, toppings, meats, and sauces. Having eaten at Subway franchise restaurants all around the world, I know that there is never an excuse to run out of fresh ingredients. I'll give it a another shot and edit my review if Subway cares to issue a store credit, otherwise, I believe you can get better value elsewhere.

Visited today and the staff there were all really friendly and polite. Simon in particular served me and he was awesome. Was friendly and chatty and made 2 great subs. As a restaurant manager myself his service was up there with what I would expect my own staff to deliver. We'll done Simon it was a pleasure.

Really discusted to learn that you cannot provide toilet facilities at your food establishment, "covid" being the excuse given, but hang on, we are past "freedom day" all other places in cromer can provide toilets for their customers , so this is NOT An excuse. I won't be returning until you rectify this !!!!

Good Subway in a good location. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Far from a new 21 choice menu it's actually a reduced menu. No flatbread. No tables and chairs outside as usual as 'it's the end of the season'. It's summer, hot and a seaside resort! Not impressed

I would give you zero stars if I could. My son needed to use the toilet today, he's a regular visitor to the Cromer shop. Today you told him he couldn't use the toilet unless he was a customer, even though the shop and toilet were empty. So he had to buy a cookie just to use the loo. You mean sods.

Really helpful staff and wide seating choice for such a small restaurant. However, due to the small size of this building the restaurant does get quite crowded for people waiting to be served and some may find it hard to eat inside the occasional large volume of people. With conviennent opening hours and one of the only well-known restaurants in Cromer, it is a good place to pop in pick up a sandwich or salad.

Salad bowl amount seems to vary from which staff member is making it. Not much sitting space with a table in there which is too big. Staff didn't seem very organised and there was quite a wait for the food considering there was 3 staff serving.
