Nice to be back for another excellent carvery. Plenty of room for the boat and welcomed by friendly smiles off all the staff

I saw the 6oz burgers on Twitter so thought I'd give them a go. Nice enough burgers but a handful of chips and no salad at all. It cost £14 which unfortunately I would have to say is seriously overpriced. For what you actually get I would have said nothing more than £8 in price. Nice pub inside though but I can not recommend the food prices at all.

Stopped here on off-chance as thought it would be busy as newly re-opened. They were happy to accommodate us. Very pretty location and I could watch the boats passing along the side of the restaurant. Was Sunday roast carvery but I was able to get a mushroom Wellington, this was quite tasty. Plenty of fresh veg selection 👌 Place seems nice and friendly.

Stopped for lunch and a couple of drinks whilst on our paddle board adventures, lovely food and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Excellent carvery with a wide choice of items, some of which could have been a bit warmer but we still enjoyed our meal, we will call again.

Really nice pub for a drink pit stop. Didn’t try the food but it looked like nice fairly basic pub food. Super helpful chap that works here helped us “park” (cough) the boat and others after us which helped make it simple for a first (recent) timer.

Visited many times over the years and always enjoyed a decent meal with a pint. However, the menu on offer was very limited especially after 3pm when the sandwiches are cut for the day. The food that we were served was ok but that’s about it. I know things are not easy but everyone has had time to adapt to this new world and I felt really disappointed with the choice for the money. On the plus side they do have a good low/non alcohol range of beers. This pub is steeped in history and was flattened by a German bomb in WW2 so it’s a little sad to see it pretty much empty in peak season. A few years back it lay empty and I really missed it on our visits. To be honest I would rather go to the swan at the other end of Horning even if it is further to walk.

Very impressed. Help on hand to moor out boat. Staff were extremely friendly. The carvery was delicious. Only bad think I can say is about what happened in the carvery que. My partner and two children were being served. I was waiting at the table to get mine afterwards. This man (steptoe) was very impatient and began effing and blinding it. Not a nice person. Made me upset and angry. I should have said something to him or complained but did not want to cause a scene and spoil the day.

Stopped here for lunch after mooring right outside. The food was very good and service was excellent. I cannot fault this place. We were on a day boat from Wroxham and enjoyed the broads and pub very much.

The friendliest place we've found on the broads. From the lovely Gus helping us Moore our boat (need L plates for this thing) to the very friendly Izzy who served us. The food was lovely, and as it got colder, they allowed us to take the children's pudding onto the boat and return the plates in the morning. Will definitely Moore here again when we do our next boating holiday. X
