Booked a table for 4 people on Wednesday for Sunday lunch on arrival we were told they had run out of roast potatoes so would be a wait we said that was fine we sat patiently to then be told they had no Roast pork only enough Beef for 1 person we were offered pie for our roast dinner which we politely refusedOur table had been booked days in advance luckily we managed to get a table at The Bluebell pub across the road which I would highly recommendAs for The Olive Tree yes looks nice but very badly run!!Very disappointed!!!!!

Bang average food at elevated prices. If you're looking to celebrate a special occasion and are looking for a nice venue and good food. This place will provide the venue, but alas not the food. I would say mostly Pre-packed food cooked and served up as 'home made' Average at best.

My original review and posted photos were made under the old ownership before Dream Lodge Group went bust 2 years ago. The park has undergone two changes in ownership since then and The Olive Tree only recently reopened under new owners. I haven't seen or tried the restaurant since it reopened, but apparently it is good. Cheaper and more family friendly menus.

We went in for Sunday lunch and it was lovely. Good portions and very tasty. Staff were very friendly and didn't bat an eyelid when my son emptied his entire glass of coke over the table!! Just came and cleared it up and had a laugh about it! Thank you Olive Tree

My wife and I ate at The Olive Tree in early July, the restaurant was not busy at the time with only one other party apart from ourselves. The menu was promising, but the food did not deliver and was expensive.A disappointing evening. If you do eat their I would suggest you stick to fish and chips.

We did stay on the site here, but kept ourselves busy and didn't manage to get in for a meal, which was a shame. We did however manage to find the time to pop in for a Latte. This is a lovely place with a good menu. Outside tables sit next to the pond filled with friendly koi carp that follow you as you walk around.

Outstanding mouth watering food, full of flavour and wonderfully cooked presented dishes from an outstanding chief. Have had several meals, from their excellent lunch time menu and their fantastic speciality nights. All the staff are very professional, and provide a fantastic service. My husband and I and our 3 children have been treated to a delightful experience each time we have gone for a meal, going out of their way to keep the children happy. Thank you and we look forward to coming back very soon.
