Been here 3 times now once back in 2005 and last 2 times more recent times. Last time I went was nearly a month ago and I think the food has improved a hell of a lot since. The steak I had was perfect and the mushrooms they cook had a great flavour to them.

Decided to give this pub a look after reading the good reviews. We weren’t disappointed. Had the sea bream in white wine sauce, absolutely lush, the skin was so crispy and the sauce divine. Hubby had the fish pie, sauce was a bit runny but he tipped out of dish on to his plate and it ran into his veg. Said it was one of the best fish pies he’d had.Wouldn’t hesitate to go back next time we’re at Kelling. In fact might make a second visit while here this time.Highly recommend.

This pub was a real find.I rarely give pub food 10/10 but the food here was exceptionally good.We had the fish pie which was faultless and the cheesecake, whuch we later discovered was vegan and gluten free, was also divine. If you are looking for a warm welcome, a nice atmosphere and great food, you would do well to check out this gem.

Great meal and great service. The whole family enjoyed their meal and we will definitely be back before the end of our holiday. Would recommend the home made burger and the risotto was given 10/10 by my daughter.

Nice pub / restaurant. 1 pool table, large indoor seating to the rear. Open fire and nice landlord. Food served after 18:30 I was told.

Enjoyed the musical entertainment and had a great meal here last night. The special burger, ham, egg and chips and chowder were all very good at this very busy, friendly pub. This was our first visit and we will certainly return and recommend.

Great Village pub just off the main road in Bodham, good beer and food, dog friendly. Pub has a bar and a lounge which is nice to have if you just want a drink. Has outside but have not tried that yet.

Stayed locally & had no idea what to expect with this pub. Walked in to a warm welcome. Had a beer in pool table bar & then after a while moved through to the restaurant area. Had soup & whitebait for starters both very nice & then steak & stout pie & pork roast for mains. Very very nice. Moved back into bar area to watch end of football & had a few more beers.Would defo go back if I returned to area.Very accommodatingBeautiful foodNice pub.Sunday lunch visit

We had an excellent meal here on Tuesday evening, sausage and mash, gammon. Both were excellent and the service impeccable.Called again on Thursday evening and had a game pie and the steak burger, burger was good, game pie was good but unfortunately contained a sharp shard of bone. This issue was not dealt with very professionally and my reason for three stars instead of five.

Absolutely top draw 1 of the best meals I have had out for a long timeWell done and worth the visit
