Great pub, lovely food. Staff super friendly. Meals were absolutely huge and the quality was fab also! Highly recommend

Nice atmosphere, dogs welcome in the garden, friendly staff.

·

Great country inn. Good, well kept beers and friendly owners. Very welcoming. Wood burners after a chilly walk were a bonus.

·

Being over Covid wary gives what was a cozy pub a stark unwelcoming atmosphere. The management of the pub really need to get out hand see how other establishments have managed to bounce back and welcome their customers.

·

What a gorgeous pub and I must say very covid secure the best I have seen in taking things seriously massive thumbs up for that , lovely beer garden full sun excellent selection of real ale and cider plus gins 10/10

·

Lovely beer garden in which we had some pretty good food. Fish and chips were particularly good. Decent pint of beer and efficient, friendly staff. Would recommend for lunch on a sunny day.

·

Went to there for a refreshing pint on a hot sunny day. Huge garden with mix of open and under cover seating. 6 real ales on tap, the Moongazer Cheeky Jack was lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Service was not the quickest but other than that I cannot fault the place.Spacious inside and out, we did not eat but the food looked great especially the fish and chips.Well stocked bar and a wicked selection of fruit ciders.

The service was good, they did mess up on 1 drink order but it was quickly fixed. My fridge gave me more food options of a menu... (option of 3 different to pick from)They had a poor menu of drinks,Not to mention the state of the toilets. They seem keen to sanitise outside and keep it clean however they seem to miss the toilets which I don't think were cleaned that day.

Visited the Village inn yesterday 14th May just for a drink and to chill for a bit .Excellent hard standing carpark at entrance off main coast road .Do to COVID-19 we didn’t know what to expect from this firs time in so long pup visit any place , but from the time we walked in the main gate off the car park we instantly felt safe and well looked after, it was expertly run throughout our garden experience with open air outside seating or under canvas part open seating all with tables if you felt like alfresco dining 👌 the staff were very friendly and all making the best of the situation we all find our self’s in .The Ale was just perfect as was the wine 🍷 so all in all 10 out of 10 keep up the good work 👌Nearly forgot it’s Dog friendly 🐕
