Lovely store with helpful staff and a nice little coffee shop.I was shopping for garden furniture and found exactly what I needed.I was not pressured to make a rushed decision and enjoyed my shopping experience.Worth a look.

All staff are very helpful, and has a very nice cafe,can recommend any day.

Came for the cafe but it is very small considering the size of the store and no bigger tables to accommodate 7 of us. Much prefer the Fakenham store as you don't feel crammed in

Great service from Tracy, helping me book a design appointment for Hammonds. Showed me all the options and provided a brochure. Then great value coffee and scone ,whilst I looked at brochure. Thank you.

Excellent range of furniture, beds, linen and kitchen equipment. Their cafe is excellent value and everything we've had has been really tasty. Worth the visit for that!!!Their prices are hot too. Just ordered a mattress and checked the internet and they were about £100 cheaper. Just watch out for the car parking, it's 3 hours max and if you go over it's £60 fine.

Went in store for carpets after going to 2 other stores and this was by far the best. Lots of good advice from the staff there. Found what we wanted, they were very helpful in lending us samples and it has been fitted very well. Very happy with the overall result.

Very nice cafe upstairs. Furniture set out in such a way u can see clearly how it will look in your home. Helpful staff.

Waste of money and time!I bought a bed off aldiss this year it's less than 6months old.The bed had to get delivered through upstairs window due to the size of the house.1. Waited months for them to Deliver the wrong head board.2. Sent a replacement headboard months later which was damaged.3. Decided it wasn't worth the hassle replacing it so decided to keep the existing headboard to only find out it has just fallen apart. The bed cost around £1200 so not a cheap one!NEVER SHOP HERE!

The guys (Sean and Mark) who delivered our settee were absolutely first class. Lots of other guys would have given up. Shame the sales people don’t mention that there may be problems with getting it in!

Good selection of general furniture in this huge store. Prices range from reasonable to "how much!!!". Bloody good cafe upstairs, though. Recommend the ploughman's lunch.
