Ali Tandoori in Norwich

A good place for a great Indian meal. Spices are excellent. I just wish they'd make their own decent desserts instead of those 'plastic' bought-in things.

This was a Google find, tried based on previous positive reviews. The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was delicious and of large portions. A strong recommend.

Had a late meal booked in on a Saturday night. Customer service was absolutely superb, nothing too much trouble. Food was excellent & possibly one of the best sheek kebabs I’ve ever tasted. Hung around long enough to want one of those fabby coconut ice creams in a half shell - after being told that they were closing (fair enough, people have homes to go to), a waiter then said that because I’d made the comment that it was one of the main reasons I went to an Indian restaurant, they served us! Absolute legends, will definitely visit again. Thank you for making my evening so brilliant.

Loved the whole experience,had a perfect dinner with the perfect staff! Asked to make the table valentine themed and they didn't dissapoint. Definitely recommend it 👌🏾

Amazing food and the staff are absolutely lovely. They let us sit down and eat even though they needed the table in an hour (hadn't booked on a busy Friday night so we were really lucky) will definitely go back!

Great service! As a large group of 9 of us, didn't book, we tried out luck and they tried their best and managed to get us a table on a Saturday night, thanks for the great quality food, and outstanding customer service!

Service is fantastic, staff are friendly, restaurant is nice. Food is 1/10. No amount of good service can make up for the quality of food. If you want food poisoning, visit this place.

Best Indian restaurant in Norwich by far! Been coming to Ali Tandooris for the past 7 years, never had an issue, always top quality authentic cuisine. A must try for any curry lover!

Not only is the food exceptional and very reasonably priced, the service is brilliant too. Extremely attentive and friendly waiters that really make you feel special, as if you're the only person in the restaurant.Truly one of Norwich's great institutions.

My friends and I came here for my birthday and the food and service was top notch. The waiters were very attentive and accommodating to our dietary restrictions and the food was full of flavour and love. I will definitely be returning here on my next visit to Norwich.
