The food is amazing, can never fault it the only reason its not a 5* its just the drinks take so long to come and they are not even at full capacity, understandably they offer lots of cocktails and drinks which take a while to prepare but any wait over 20 minutes for drinks is just not great

It was very busy but had a great time with friends. 🍹🍸🍻🥂 I can recommend the cocktails. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We booked a table today for 4 having received a mail for 50% off main meals. The waitress told us burgers were not considered a main meal. So we reluctantly ordered 4 rib eye steaks due to lack of choice on the main menu. All of the steaks were gristly and fatty, much more than usual. Very disappointing

All bar one Norwich is incredibleStaff made us feel at home strait away with a nice easy access table for the wheelchair!The Qr code wasn’t working so a good level of table service all evening , the food was absolutely wonderful !Go and give it a look 👍🏻

Lovely decor, music at just the right noise level. Food was delicious. Service was slow but profusely apologised for and free drinks offered. We messed up our meal order and it was replaced without any fuss whatsoever. Highly recommend.

Good wine and great service. Friendly and welcoming. Not yet tried the food but may well have to check it out after having a drink there.

Ok so this place is very pretty inside, i managed to find a low alcohol cocktail on the menu which i thought was really helpful to have a good selection of drinks for different peoples needs. It was delicious too and quite big. I also got the plant based burger with the cheese - it was epic. I could of eaten two. I then finished it off with vegan cheese cake which was devine literally devine. Highly recommended coming here, its great.

Christmas party meal, 33 turned up on pre booked (&paid) buffet table! This was what the food looked like, and it wasn't s bad, the problem is if you know maths, 10 burgers are not enough for 33 people right? I don't even want to go for prawns, after 5mins there was more, and staff refused to serve more burgers or prawns, I ended up eating fries with mushrooms and toast! At the end of the day our bill was 10% more expensive, they told us there is a service charge for groups with more then 10people, I ha e checked the menu and there is nothing mentioning the service charge. Lately I am getting annoyed about the customer service provided in this country, sometimes they forget we customers are the one who keeps the door open of their business
