Terrible terrible avoid avoid. Food was rubbish and service very slow. My husband had a vegetarian pizza with 4 small pieces of mushrooms on top, I had a mushrooms pasta. Pasta was dry and undercooked. My eldest pasta food looked like reheated, we had our food but had to wait 30 minutes for my youngest mini pizza which she then said didn't taste nice. Then waited a further 30 minutes for a couple of ice creams for the kids and ended up finding a bit of plastic in my daughter's ice cream. Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the dirty glass I was given with the mark of lipstick from someone else. Will not go back ever again. Would prefer PIZZA Express 1000 times over this one. After complaining they said our drinks were free but still no excuse as had to get home and give my kids a proper dinner as they were still hungry. avoid avoid avoid

Rather disappointing food. Waiting staff very pleasant and attentive, pasta cooked nicely enough however, Ox Cheek Ragu was watery, very bland, lacking taste and hardly any meat content. Toilets minging, obviously hadn't been checked for some time.Shall not be in a hurry to return.

Very friendly staff and superb food Booked on line but when we arrived they couldn't find it. They found us a table and nothing was to much trouble. Just brilliant

Wow, they have re-done the interior and its looks amazing, we were seated right under the new middle décor which was gorgeous! Food was lovely and quick and just a very enjoyable experience for a quick lunch

Had a meal in a group of 6. Food snd service was fantastic! Used my Tesco Boost vouchers but wasn't able to use them with the set menu. It was still a great value meal, I want to go back to try some different things from the menu!

This place was horrible. The service was very slow, it took them 40 minutes just to make Garlic Bread! Then when the pizza finally turned up, it was abominable. A kids pizza couldn’t even fill up a 6-year old, it was inedible and cold. Never go there.

Great find! Haven't been to a Bella in years but that we'd give it a go today. Lovely lively atmosphere and quick food. Pastas were delicious and hot, and pizza was great too. was looked after a lady named Rachel throughout our visit. Was super friendly and was great was the kids too, they lovely the geleto cart. Many thanks, will come back soon

Great food and excellent Service as always. Allergies asked at the door! Couldn't be happier, loads of Gluten free dishes added to the menu too. Rachel was our waitress and was amazing, nothing was too much trouble! Felt so welcome

Came in on a very very busy Saturday without a reservation. Was seated straight away regardless. Was served by the lovely Rachel, was serving many tables but always treated us like we were her only one with a big smile on her face and even found time to chat. Carbonara and Lasagna were bang on. Top marks!!

Good food, friendly atmosphere and attentive staff despite operating at peak service.
