Asbolutely lovely experience for Mothers Day. The manager Janie was friendly and made a fuss of myself and the kids from the start. Food was tasty and served quickly which is great when you've got hungry kids waiting! Loved the salted caramel cheesecake! We will definitely be returning!

Delicious food, reasonable price. Special mention to our server - Ellie, very friendly and extremely efficient. Thoroughly enjoyable family evening meal.

Lovely Staff great tasting pizza and pasta. Kids love it good selectiin of drinks and cocktails.

Awful experience! Ordered ox cheek ragu, the dish was served after an hour long wait. There was next to zero meat and just some pasta. Very disappointing experience

I love that the menu states the gluten free options without having to ask for a separate menu. The staff were great, even though we were eating on a match day and the restaurant was busy. Tip: if you want this restaurant on a day that NCFC are playing at home, book ahead.

We went in to Norwich on Sunday and went for dinner at the Bella Italia and the service was fantastic. The girls that work in their deserve a medal or a very larger bonus. They didn't not stop running around seeing to everyones needs. Very clean restaurant, brilliant atmosphere and wonderful service. I would like to say a massive thank you to Tilly and Megan that worked their socks of for us. I was given a QR code to scan but can't seem to get it to work so I hope their management picks this review up and recognises their outstanding service. Thanks again and we definitely be back.

Went here as it was a 2 for 1 on tastecard. I didn't know what to expect but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Me and my partner loved our meal and my daughter demolished the kids spag bol. I had the salmon dish and it was gorgeous! I will be going back not only for the food but also the service. Our waitress couldn't have done more for us and she interacted with my daughter and managed to put a big smile on her face. Her name was Megan and if Bella Italia see this please highlight this to her and pass on my thanks for making our meal so memorable.Highly recommend and I will be returning in the near future.

This is not "Italia" and for the word "bella" it's sad how it is misused. I had "arancini" without the shape, size and ingredients of aracini, salmon "ai ferri" but was a small piece of salmon cooked in a pan with tomatoes and beans...not what I ordered, finally a tiramisù, almost without mascarpone cream. A complete shame. If I could I wanted a stepladder and a screwdriver to remove "italia" from the signboard. Likely I had a charming company.

The staff were lovely! The food was pretty average, but obviously to be expected considering the prices. The atmosphere was also nice, and it just felt great to be there. Also was so lovely of our server to give us an extra gelato scoop when they made a little mistake with our order. Will definitely be returning!
