This chippy has gone down hill very fast, hard, undercooked chips yet again, almost white on the outside and hard on the inside, would it really be too much trouble to check with the pinch test or by eating a chip before just assuming they are cooked. Get a grip and stop serving raw chips at a premium price.

The food can be very good depends when you catch them unfortunately. But just like most, they get busy.

Food is nice, probably the best chips locally but I am now sick of not getting the full order on delivery. Literally every order is missing 1 item, tonight was missing curry sauce again 😕 . Normally it's a sausage or a bit of chicken. No other delivery we have, has ever missed things as often as the boundary this can't be just an oversight, feels more like a scam!

Just had cod chips ,sausage and chips, absolutely 💯, very very tasty ,very very happy customer, will definitely order again.

Really disappointed tonight, ordered large cod, wedges and curry sauce. No wedges instead 3quids worth of chips. Why is this the 2nd time when you call me usually. I am not paying 9quid for cod and chips to be told why didn't I tell the driver. Err cos they were gone by the time I opened your little present. Curry sauce was so thick I could of hung a poster up. As I said on phone, this post is telling you again I'll be going elsewhere.

Has gone downhill a little recently, much smaller chip portions and most noticeably of all, the woman that's now working behind the counter is really quite cold and unwelcoming, seems to think some customers aren't good enough to frequent the establishment! No more smiling friendly and welcoming service as we had before.The cooking and ingredients are still superb. Delicious batter, fish, chicken.So still rated a 3.Used to be a 5!

Nice fish and chips I thought the staff were nice until today bad hygiene no washing of hands while touching there face and clothes, also talk bad about customers behind there backs....

Just visited Boundary fish bar. Very professional customer care and food was delicious. Wasn't first time there and definetly not last.
