Brewers Fayre Oaks in Norwich

Was a very busy night and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. However the food wasn't hot and a few of the meals had to be changed over due to being wrong. Also one of the chefs has a BBQ Sauce obsession. BBQ sauce on food that doesn't even say bbq on the menu.The waiters were great and were doing their best. Very busy evening and the place was stacked. I won't be coming back. But I'm sure food is better when less busy 👍

We went for a birthday there was about 25 of us, the staff were amazing couldn't have been more helpful. The food was really nice did no long wait for the food and it's fairly priced. Just amazing service.

Amazing food, great prices and really good service. We had cheese burgers and i had the eaton mess sunday which was amazing.

Service was prompt, staff friendly. Food is poor to be honest. You’d have a better meal at McDonald’s next door. The place doesn’t look well run, all the advertising signage is hanging down around the place, feels under managed, lack of standards. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going again.

Unlimeted pop for the children and a very helpful waitress who let us know of a desert offer we were unaware of..so friendly and went out of her way to chat and entertain us. I had a vegi filo parcel which was lovely and my daughter had a lovely knicker bocker glory. With the offers the meal came to a crazily cheep price compated to other establishments

Absolutely lovely place, really delighted with how breakfast before santa went . The staff are very welcoming, expecially the elf lady we had today was made feel very Christmasy and santa was very good with the kids including my shy one 😊

Booked for a late lunch at 3.45pm. Arrived to find the restaurant deserted. Shown straight to our table. I ordered just a starter as I had eaten earlier. Note that you now have to put your car reg in at reception. My son ordered mixed grill at 3.50pm. My course turned up in 10 minutes and was tasty. However my sons meal did not turn up until 16.24. His meal was just warm and the steak was dry. We were subject to a member of staff having a loud conversation with another member of staff by phone. Not professional.

Went in for Xmas eve breakfast with the family and it was fantastic. Staff were very polite and courteous and were working there socks off.Food was great being a breakfast buffet, good selection available and it was all fresh and hot.Fantastic, thanks you.

Very nice food, good vibe and nice, kind staff. Highly recommend it to everyone. Quiet busy sometimes better to book table forward.

This place has gone down hill over the past 2 years. I mean how hard is it to cook a burger? Half way through and realised its burnt and nearly threw up. My partners cheeseburger came with lettuce but it was old and brown! Absolutely disgusting never coming back!!!
