Brook Hotel in Norwich

Average clean could be abit better around condiments tray. And in corners of shelving.No extra/spare pillows as you get in Premier Inn.Great room size.Beds comfortable. I like the black out curtains. Large bathroom.Blow air heater is annoying and room/bathroom still cold at times.Receptionist and Night Porter were lovely and very professional, exactly what I would expect from the more expensive Best Western.Other hotels of same caliber ie Premier Inn decidedly better.In photos room 129.

The breakfast was good but the staff was unbelievableI'd never book the best Western everHorrid experienceFor the toiletries we had to go get it from the receptionThey dont give water in a bottle. They provide glasses of water from the bar and you need to go pick it upThe crossiants were overThe muffins were overThey wouldn't cut the oranges and serve it to usThe bathroom had water problem and the person at the reception couldn't be bothered... we did try to tell them 2 times no one bothered

Really nice hotel! Lovely staff, room was nice and clean :) bed very comfy! Bathroom was a great size and power shower was so good. Only thing was the aircon/heater made abit of noise and we didn’t even have it on but that was it.

What an absolute value for money hotel... Food, staff and rooms are amazing! Well done Best Western, we will definately stay here again. Thank you

Went with some friends to a concert in the area. Staff were good, bar open till midnight. Room was clean, can't tell any difference between this place and the other known brands in the UK.

3 night stay. Receptionist was very pleasant and moved me to a 'better room' on arrival, however the room was a bit scruffy in places so i wonder what the other room would have been like! The heater/fan unit broke after 2 nights so i was offered a portable heater instead. Food at breakfast was GOOD.

We held our wedding at the Brook Hotel and cannot fault them at all for how well the day panned out. Gareth done a brilliant job at organising the day for us and the staff were all friendly and helped with any questions we had. Our honeymoon suite room was out of this world (I don’t think we have seen a bathroom so big ). The food was amazing . Thank you to the chef! We would highly recommend their package weddings. Worth every penny ! Thanks to all involved in making our day special!

Love the decor. The rooms were great, breakfast was perfect. Some walls, doors and windows in the hotel are tired and need a repaint, but didnt really detract from the experience

Staff were nice. Hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. Beds were clean but the rest of the room left a lot to be desired. Small areas of mould. Carpets were not clean and very tattered interiors. Never ate the food so cannot advise.
