Burger King in Norwich

Cold food waited ages to be served at the drive thru to order 1 whopper and took 15mins to make avoid

Still card only but service was on point we eat in tables clean service friendly although the tills were crammed with delivery drivers making it hard to understand who was being served and who wasn't.

these prats forgot half my meal prolly ate it the hubba hubba big boys only had this do your job its not hard u spanners

Was served today by some boy called Nathan. Abso top class service! Definitely be returning. Absolute legend. Nothing was too much trouble.

I enjoy the range of burgers on offer at Burger king, the fries are better, the staff are focused. Can't really fault the Burger King experience. I just wish there was more of them on the map.

Food was good. Hot and rasty.Staff were stood around chatting behind the tills as the restaurant wasn't busy nor was the drive through. The seating area was dirty, the floor needed sweeping and there was a floor mat across 2 of the chairs. Given they were not busy I think they could have emptied the bins inside the shop. Coke machines were traumatic for some guests but no staff member could be bothered to help.Need to look at staff training in this branch.

This building is looking tired and could do with a refresh. The food was delicious however my coke tasted like water. Got it swapped for another one what tasted alright. The toilets are however where most of the problems are. The mens have a horrid buzzing sound what makes me want to go deaf, the cubicle does not flush properly and there is a CLEAR partition between the urinals. Thinking about using the disabled instead? Think again! It does not flush either, the cistern feels like it is about to come off the wall when you attempt to flush it and the hand dryer is rubbish. Use the toilets in the petrol station or across the road in M&S instead.If you ignore all the issues with the toilets the restaurant is okay however if there was another Burger King nearby I would recommend that instead.

Don’t ask for Vegan Royal as they’ll serve you a Chicken Royal. Not what you want if veggie/vegan. Unfortunately I ordered a drive through so didn’t realise what had happened until I bit into it later. All very well serving vegan foods but you need the staff who can understand the difference between ‘vegan’ & ‘chicken’ as the woman serving last night had no idea clearly.

Everything time I visit here it’s always very bad service. Need some new management.On my most recent visit the food was cold and what has happened to the portion size (fries)?Burgers are always better than Mc D's.

This is meant to be the chilli melt king box. I fail to see what's so " king " about it as the burger is 1/4 the size of my hand and there's no cheese inside.You also get a small handful of chips and chili cheese bites although one of mine is missing. You get this all for £5.15.Not to mention the staff member had a face like a slapped arse, and was rude to a young member of staff in front of me and other customers. I don't think this place has gone downhill I think the entire brand has.
