Caffe Nero - Norwich in Norwich

Go to coffee shop if you’re looking for a really dark roast and burnt coffee. I’ve visited multiple café Neros and they vary but I’ve always consistently experienced burnt coffee here and if you’re a coffee nut like myself, you’ll recognise instantly it’s a poorly made cup of coffee.

Person was really nice ,friendly and responded to the asking of an extra hot chocolate was really loverly atmosphere and great service

Love this cozy place. High quality coffee and warm staffs. Thanks for giving me not special but awazing memory in Norwich. But not recommend tiramisu😂

Nice coffee, a bit small downstairs, room upstairs, stairs a bit steep. Not much on offer for vegans

So relieved, I thought I had Covid, but thankfully no. We go in here quiet often. Today the service was excellent and very efficient but the cappuccinos were the most tasteless we have ever had here. Had to eat something, quickly, afterwards just to make sure it wasn't us. No idea what went wrong but definitely not up to usual standard.

I enjoyed my visit on a half term week which meant every eating establishment was very crowded at lunchtime. I liked the fact people with pushchairs weren't put off coming in despite the limited seating. Nice atmosphere and good food.

This is my go to place to write. Peaceful atmosphere, excellent coffee and the staffare always super friendly.

Love the coffee from Cafe Nero. Love that O2 customers currently get a free coffee every Tuesday and Wednesday. Was able to take dogs in to order takeaway coffee. There are 3 cafe Nero's in Norwich advertised on Google, however one doesn't exist, seems to be now part of M&S food hall.

We usually avoid chain coffee shops, but were very pleasantly surprised by the excellent coffee and high standard of food on offer.. In particular we appreciated that there were some delicious vegan options The staff were pleasant, but slow to clear away used cups and plates from vacant tables. We ended up clearing the table ourselves before we could sit down. This is quite a common problem in many cafes and is probably more due to understaffing than laziness

The cafe was quiet and they were playing classical music which I deeply appreciate. I had a regular cappuccino and an almond croissant. The cappuccino was okay but I think it was missing depth in its flavou profiles. The croissant had a nice flavour but the texture was all wrong; it was more on the bready side... the signature flakiness of a croissant was missing and the melt-in-the-mouth interior wasn't there either.
