Caspian Pizza in Norwich

The place deserves 0 stars. Ordered burger and pizza meals and were extremely disappointed. It took over an hour to even leave the restaurant and another hour to get delivered. Burgers were disgusting… rubbery meat, watery ketchup, and wilted lettuce. We got the wrong pizza and it was cold and hard.

I don't know why this place have so many bad reviews. I've ordered a student deal for 12£, the pizza is good, the burger is good and they also included fries that aren't in the deal. There's also a drink

Ordered a simple chicken wrap and cheese chips orders at 3:15am surely not to busy and would be quick, ended up getting my food at 5:25 had 3 different phone calls with them and in the end was told to F off by the delivery driver after asking if he could please hurry up. Food tasted awful my wrap was black and chips were like rubber, bottle of coke was best part

Food arrived and a lack of chips despite being part of the description of the chicken meal. The extra chips we ordered taste like a rubbery freezer and the wrong type of bread. dry burgers. tasted out of date. NEVER AGAIN....!CURSED!!!!!

My order never arrived.Ive ordered it at 1:00am and its now 3:20amI have managed to call them but they said they cant process the order as its not expensive enough.Their site accepted the order and doesn't say about minimum order. The person kept hanging up on me, I said I will contact the police and the person said "do it" and hanged up again

Trouble ordering today through justeat but never confirmed delivery time even though it said open 30 mins later still nothing so cancelled through justeat. The bad reviews on here seem to be right

I ordered the Solo plus deal which consists of a 9” margarita plus a quarter pounder burger, chips and a soda can. Food arrived after 2 hours. Was very unappetizing and my drink was warm, Pizza tasted horrible and my Burger was burnt and looked thrown together, ultimately unsafe to eat. Will not be ordering again. Terrible experience and waste of money.

Food was yum and fast when I needed it the most finding this open at midnight on a Tuesday night was a blessing the burgers were nice due to lots of fresh lettice would go again.

Never ever use this place. They are a disgrace. Multiple times I have ordered food online and it has arrived over an hour late, cold, and not as I ordered. They have not acknowledged any complaints and seem to think they can just rip people off without any comeback. I'm amazed they are still operating as they are. If you order online they will take your money and then after that, good luck waiting on your delivery. It could be 2 hours from when you order. But will you get your money back? In my experience, no, you will not. They should ne shut down. Utter criminals.

The delivery drivers are useless. Kept phoning my phone to get me to go outside in rain to pick up order halfway up the road. It said quite clearly where I live, yet they can't read. Useless. Half the items were missing from my order. The second driver bringing missing items was useless as well, phoned me up again, was parked halfway up the road. Should I really be expected to go halfway up the road to collect my order in the pouring rain? As a side note I found the delivery people shady, behaving in a way that did not make me feel comfortable. Give them a wide birth at all costs. Horrendous.
