Sad that this has closed - we never managed to get there in the evening but the food we had for lunch time was excellent

The food is out of this world and the owner chef is very friendly and take time to talk to everyone after you dine

The room is small, but manages to convey enough atmosphere to help you feel at ease, helped by the attentive staff.The evening menu is delightful, and the food delivers quality and depth. The wine choice is limited but well chosen for the menu, and the rum punch is a real gem.The chef is friendly and willing to discuss his dishes and history, and shows genuine interest in his guests.By far my favourite eating experience in the city-truly 5 star.May 2016

Lovely intimate restaurant just off the high street. The food was incredible, flavours were perfectly balanced and authentic, my jerk pork was to die for. Service was attentive and friendly, even with our rather large group, and the chef was genuinely concerned with making sure everyone had a good time, without being intrusive.Do not hesitate, this is a gem. So many Carribean restaurants can be disappointing, this is the gold standard. Highly recommended.

This was recommended to me one gray afternoon. Very welcoming with an easy relaxed atmosphere. Tucked off in Oxford Yard, Norwich. There is great selection of dishes on the menu with a happy balance of exciting and staple dishes. The owner is very friendly and willing to help with menu choice should you be be stuck for what to choose. I certainly was. I had the creole chicken curry, the flavours were exceptional. Topped off with fresh carrot cake and coffee. Therefore I am recommending it to whoever reads this. Must try location!

My girlfriend and I came up from London for the weekend. After visiting a few restaurants around Norwich we decided to give Chez Denis a try. We are so glad we did! By far this is the best restaurant in Norwich serving authentic French Caribbean quisine. Don't just walk past this place. You need to eat here the food is amazing!! The owner and chef is so friendly, and comes out to talk to his diners. You will never find that in a chain. I repeat... You need to come here!

The best food I have ever had came from this place!!! The owner is lovely and chatty, and the spiced rum is to die for.
