Me and my partner come here alot. The food is always top quality and reasonably priced. The staff are always friendly and attentive. 100% recommend!

Food is lovely staff polite and helpful. Kids love The soft play but it is mental and reminds me of a prison waiting room !@ avoid if you have anxiety or go at quiet times. Some of the customers have no manners, some unruly kids running around unsupervised, throwing food around and feet all over tables and furnishings. Probably not the best for a quiet chilled meal but again if you go at a quieter time it may be worth it as the food is worth it

Great little play area for the kids. Reasonable prices and decent food. Shame you can't make reservations on a Sunday but we muddled through.

From start to finish the service, the food, the dining experience was superb. The food was good, prompt and a great choice.A large menu choice to cater for all tastes, this place is certainly worth a visit. The location was Atmospheric, Christmassy and really inviting.I look forward to visiting again soonGreat work all.

Very expensive for sub standard food, well done sirloin black on bottom, asked for no peas or tomatoes and recieved 2 onion rings and 3 button mushrooms.British people don't have to put up with rubbish.Floor staff are very good.Kitchen staff need Gordon Ramsey!!,

Play area is OK, a bit dated but a nice indoor and outdoor space for the kids. Also children's menu and light bites menu available as well as a Carvery. Think it's a shame to pay for kids play if you all have a full meal though. That's disappointing and should be included for free if purchasing food, I think

Staff very nice. Vegetables etc nice. But the meat Is cut so thin An very little of It. I understand carveries Need to make so many plates to make a profit but goodness me!

·

So noisy and chaotic! Not relaxed dining at all, feels a bit stressful, at least it does at busier times (we went at 3.30pm om a Sunday). Food is fine/mediocre carvery is a pile it high thing, overcooked veggies and soggy potatoes. Kids menu all deep fried. Think its just one of those chain places though.Okay for a quick lunch, pricing probably reflects food standard. And kids enjoyed outside play area

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was brilliant after we ordered some stuff for the kids but asked for a few bits to be changed - they were more than happy to oblige. The only thing I find disappointing is the children's menu doesn't contain any proper "light bites" - things like sandwiches etc.

The food is delicious but unfortunately on more than one occasion I have had some really rude service. I have been ignored, started to be served and the server walk off (this has happened twice), not polite ect. I have spoken to the manager on one occasion and she did seem very sorry. But I just never see any change. Such a shame as this is may favourite carvery to come too.
