Costa Coffee in Norwich

Usual Costa experience but tables were not cleared, looks dull.

A lovely little nook to relax in and have a beverage. Nice seating, friendly staff and great coffee.

After climbing the stairs (should have getting into the lift), I managed to get my breath back and order a coffee. The staff are lovely.

Nice little place in a busy shopping centre. Only downside is the music trying to blast through such awful speakers that it just sounded distorted, not nice to listen to! Thankfully I wasn't dining in, I don't think I could sit and listen to that whilst trying to enjoy my coffee!

Sat here for one of their Christmas hot chocolates. Does good toasties, nice coffees and various cold drinks.

Toilet facilities was disgusting had a a dreadful smell of urine need a deep clean i think

Busy coffee shop good choice of food.. Cleanliness good staff friendly and efficient.. Coffee always good along with food presentation makes this a place to go...

I went on a Saturday. Place was crowded to the point they were guarding the bathrooms to ensure customers only. Kinda weird to me because it was in the mall and the elevator went directly into the coffee shop.

Little gem hidden from the hustle & bustle, it's amongst the main stream just tucked away so it felt peaceful with no ques. Good array of Costa products, friendly staff, comfy seating. Quality coffee 🙌🏼

Costa does fantastic hot chocolates. Can't really say much more as the Hot Chocolates are all I get but I'm yet to have a bad experience at this particular Costa. Staff are friendly, service is quick, place is mostly clean. The only things I would have to knock it down a few points for is 1: the toilets are a bit grubby, and 2: I can never seem to get my track and trace to work in this Costa specifically
