The best chain restaurant in my view. So good in fact sometimes you have to remind yourself! This review after multiple positive experiences. Excellent friendly service, food is always of good quality. This after trying many items on the menu. Lovely ambience and decor. Great stuff.

Booked for 7.30pm and restaurant already busy. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, sufficient amount of people to create a good vibe without feeling crowded. Staff excellent, attentive without being intrusive, professional, friendly and helpful suggestions with the menu. Food really good. Excellent choice and portion size just right.Good value for money. Good wine selection at very reasonable price per glass or bottle. Good quality ingredients, all in all definitely worth 5 stars.

I treated my mum to some breakfast today for her birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was so delicious, the service was perfect everyone is so friendly. And as per request they sorted out a birthday dessert for my mum as a surprise. Very happy and will be going back. Thankyou 😊

Had my birthday dinner here last year. Lovely Place. Staff nice and friendly, food tasted really good. And they gave me a gift to go! Totally recommend.

Amazing food, amazing service - couldn’t be better. Been there multiple times for brunch and always get a lovely welcome followed by great food. Better than other cote branches I’ve visited in terms of service and food. Highly highly recommend the hot chocolate, the French toast and the croque monsieur.

A once top class establishment has now been soured by one atrocious experience. I'm generally not a complainer, but the food and service I received on my most recent visit has left me vowing to never return. The standard of food has dropped far below what is to be expected for a premium restaurant. To make matters worse, when I politely pointed out my dissatisfaction to the manageress, the reply I received was nothing short of unacceptably rude and offensive. I left the restaurant only for my friend to be shouted at by the manageress, who seemed genuinely shocked when he finally lost his cool with the way we had been spoken to. The only positive to come from this was not paying one pence towards this horrendous ordeal

Great French fine dining. Service is very good, food was excellent and atmosphere is great. Worth five stars.
