their garlic bread is literally toast with garlic sauce. they took 'garlic bread' literally.

Dellacasa's kebabs are *chefs kiss! Always hot on arrival too. Their chilli sauce makes your lips tingle. Delivery is good - around 30mins during peak time. Customer service is excellent, only once has my order been wrong (out of hundreds) and they were very good about it and put it right asap. Please don't change your recipe!! I recommend ordering direct through their website, seems faster and is the cheapest too.

Good place, huge portion, a lot meat, its cheap. Recommend.

So disappointed. Made an order with a scheduled delivery allowing for plenty of time. Was near an hour late without any notification even though I'd clicked on an update twice. Called them, they blamed it on the traffic due to petrol, then hung up.When it arrived, I had a warm diet coke a cold kebab, that tasted horrible and cold rubbery chips.Worst service, worst food I have ever had.

Delivery over an hour when advised 35 mins on JustEat. I appreciate they may be busy so I’d expect my food to be warm, it wasn’t! Order was wrong and food wasn’t great quality either. Trying to contact them was a nightmare just to be told I couldn’t cancel and had to keep waiting. Won’t be ordering from here again!

How anyone can knock these guys for the standard of their food is beyond me. Its first class and in truth the ONLY reason i keep returning. Customer service needs SERIOUS improvement. If your thinking of getting a delivery from this place through the app or any other means forget it.. its just not worth it because when they are late its by hours (not a few minutes) I ordered through 'Uber eat' tonight at 18.15pm called up at 20:00pm to find that the order did not come through because they didnt bother to check the laptop and ticket machine. Food in fairness turned up 15 minutes later but its things like this that really gets on peoples backs. Staff always seem to have a cocky arrogance about them and make a frequent habit of saying "my friend" after everything they say to you, try not to get lured in to it, i think half the time its another way of them saying "we're sorry for the shocking service" I have been a loyal customer to Dellacasa's for years and on many a occasions been close to ordering elsewhere but they continue to keep my custom through producing amazing food every time.

the food came within a good time period however we got the complete wrong order. when i called up to speak to someone i mentioned what i ordered and then what had been delivered and the person i spoke to swore at me on the phone whilst he was driving and then started getting angry with me. even before i mentioned the wrong order he was quite rude by repeating that he couldn’t hear me however i was speaking clearly and there was no problem with my phone. we will not be ordering from here again. disgusting customer service!

Ordered food from them via Ubereats. Delivery said 21:10 - 21:30. At 21:35 I had not received any food or information about where my order is. I call the shop and they say it will take another 30 minutes to cook because they have run out of chicken. I tell them that I want to cancel and they say I have to be the one who cancels through the ubereats app (I'm not sure if that is true). I message ubereats and they take over 10 hours to reply and say I can't get a refund because my order was placed more than 48 hours ago....Furthermore, the restaurant, who use their own delivery drivers, has marked the order as delivered. C**ts.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!food was over 1hr 30 mins late, barely lukewarm and there was no way to complain or get any money back. Delivery driver did apologise but just said they were very busy and seemed to find it funny - if it’s busy don’t accept new orders!!!!!The quality of the food was also really poor - McDonald’s is way better so don’t waste your time or money eating there.

To start of with the food was cold on delivery. Missing the coleslaw from our chicken meal deal. Garlic cheese pizza was flavourless as were the garlic mushrooms. And finally couldn't eat the fried chicken as it was put in the same box as the spicy wings which probably wouldn't bother many people but I can't eat spicy food. Definitely won't order from there again!!!
