Domino's Pizza Norwich - West in Norwich

Last three times we've ordered pizza from this branch the wait time has been over two hours, for a single pizza and one side. I had to cancel on one occasion. If they are too busy or understaffed to deliver food ,fast then the customer should be alerted at the point of ordering. Currently at an hour and ten minutes on a Monday night. Pizza still in prep.

We waited 2h for few pizzas we ordered which never showed up. When I called to ask where is our order, I was told that the driver left an hour ago?! They couldn't track the driver. When I said the pizza will be cold now they said we can get one free pizza for free the next time. After waiting another 20min I called them again and cancelled the order. Now we have to wait up to 5 days for the refund. Don't bother using them. There are so many other places with better customer service.

How is it you can consistently send me cold food when I live a ten minute drive down the road? Literally, down the same road your 'restaurant' is on, it takes you an hour to send me cold pizza, its a disgrace. I keep thinking 'next time it will be OK, they can't get it wrong every time', much to my disappointment.

Abysmal service. More fool me but, after having recently moved to the area, I have ordered from this Dominos a few times since moving in. Orders generally take 90 mins or more, are always lukewarm (at best), occasionally have half the topping stuck to the lid of the box, and usually say delivered on the app about 30 mins before the pizzas actually arrive. I could drive to the next town and collect my own quicker than this lot can deliver from a site 10 mins away. F.U. Dominos.

Been waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes now and my pizza hasn't arrived. On top of it the lady on the phone was rude and did not seem to be that bothered of all the time I have been waiting.

Thanks for taking my order online, waiting half an hour and then call me to say you’re going to cancel my order because you’re too busy. Won’t bother ordering here again if customers are messed about like this. I’ll wait for my refund I guess.

So busy so poor. Visiting to collect I was confined with mayhem. Too many staff ,bumping into each other. Observed poor hygiene control. Lots of orders waiting and unhappy customers. Never again. Perhaps we'll try Papa John's 2 doors in.

You guys are amazing . I ordered 1 hour and 40 minutes before. I am leaving in the campus and I told them to call me on my number. They never call me because it is a global number. They told me that they food will come in 10 minutes maximum after our phone conversation . I was waiting at least 50 minutes outside in the cold and none comes . I spent 22 pounds and I did not eat. How embarrassing are you ? I have ate dominos at least in 4 countries but you guys are the worst.

Quality is pretty good. Waiting time is low. It was better when you could order in advance to pick up later. Buy one get one free on collection is great too. Once found a cooked woodlouse in my box. But all other pizzas from here have been very tasty.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOOD MADE ME ILL.I ordered from my hotel room, but the delivery never arrived, so l had to chase it. I was told that the last phone digit was missing, so the pizza had been returned. I had given my email and recieved no communication of this.When I explained my situation over the phone.... the response seemed very vague and I had to ask what was to be done.. l was told pizza could be delivered again, but l was concerned the food would be cold, l was given the option of having the food cooked fresh again, but it would take a long time. The food was delivered a short time after.... so suspect this was not the case...I awoke during the night with very bad stomach pain, luckily l had pain killers, but had a very poor nights sleep, not good as had a 2 and a half drive to get home.
